Great for everyone, families & couples. Just stayed for 3 days in this hotel and enjoyed very much. Rooms are good, on each floor there are some sofas and table to relax. Next to hotel there a brand new facilities, swimming pool, normal, kids, jakuzzii, aquapark, gym, squash, badminton, bowling and an Amazing indoor sala zabaw, the best i have seen! The breakfast was good but pitty didn't have option for lunch and dinner. For sure, i will be back!

Hotel set by a lake and woodland. Part of a large swimming pool and gym . Also a health spa. The was a wonderful surprise. A booked a 2 rooms , one being a disabled room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well adapted for disabled needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really went out their way to make sure that everything was well, Anything we asked for was not a problem. In the end spent 9 days instead of the original 5. Well placed in relation to motorways Breakfast was a feast and the restaurant had a great choice of local style food as well as an international cuisine. Would highly recommend the hotel is you want a rest with some physical activity in the way of a gym and swimming. Prices were very reasonable, 3 starts more like 4. Highly recommend .

Just spent one night only, having no chance to check of all spa and sport amenities. Rooms are nice and clean. Wide choice of breakfast food. The only disadvantages are: too small parking (day time) and proximity of railway track (not often, but noise).

A bit noisy location near to railway track. Good service. Cuisine is just ok. Rooms are nice but there is a strange smell inside. I haven't had time to use hotel facilities such as gym or swimming pool.

Beautiful surroundings, but it's more a SPA/leisure facility than the hotel. Definitely could do with some upgrading as the interior looks quite dated. On the first night we discovered that the safe was out of order. As it was a Saturday we were told that there is nothing they can do. We had to wait till Monday night (!!). Breakfast poor with no fruit selection despite of the summer season. Staff at the reception and the restaurant extremely polite and helpful. Great customer service :) Unfortunately it was a completely different story at one of the cafes. I have been there a few minutes after 9pm (the sign clearly states it is open until 10pm) and when asked for a coffee got a very abrupt and unwelcoming response: 'well, if you really need to have a coffee I will have to make you one, don't I??!! I suppose she wasn't particularly happy because I 'disturbed' her eating her dinner behind the counter. There were still a few folk in the cafe but the counter looked like it was ready to close (bear in mind it was still an hour to closing time)! We spent only one night and unfortunately could not take advantage of all the amenities (sports and spa), but the rooms were clean, the service was good, and the food was very fine. I am sure that a family would find the offerings very attractive.

Excellent place. Only 3 stars hotel but much more pleasure and convinient than many other 4 stars.big, clean rooms. Very tasty food!!!sport facilities just next door, all in forest. have everything you need to stay for a night, it is good you can use close by swimming pool. Calm and relaxing place, very good breakfast. Could be renovated with a little bit of character. Staff helpful. Restaurant could refresh menu, because after few stays there I had enough of the same meals. Menu is the weakest point. At least it was.

Escaping from the greyness of other parts of Zgierz is the Spa Hotel, Nowa Gdynia. Smart, professional and comfortable (but with a nod towards eastern european atmosphere). I've stayed here twice in quick succession. On both occasions the car park was busy, but the hotel seemed empty ~ it's the spa facilities that attracts most custom I believe. However, the hotel's restaurant seemed well-supported. Rooms are comfortable, although the mattress on the beds seem surprisingly thin. I've stayed in an "ordinary" room as well as in one of their "apartments" (the latter because they said that all of their other rooms were full. I couldn't verify that claim!). The apartment was huge and well-equipped. Funnily, on each occasion, upon arrival/registering one is handed the remote controls for the TV (and DVD player, for apartments)! Do guests really walk away with these items? In comparison with other countries, I have never experienced this before. The menu is OK. Traditional Polish and European dishes.…
