The shower wasn't very pleasant, mould in the corners and base of the shower is not what you want in your shower. The shower handles were old and corroded- definitely require exchange the same as the poor cracked and old tiles. The bathroom was definitely the worst part of the accommodation. The size of the room was very good though, lighting was on good level. Room was generally clean, but unfortunately the impression of the cleanliness was spoiled by old and dirty looking bathroom. We were staying during the festive period so none of the facilities offered by the hotel as Spa or swimming pool were available (even though the room brochure says the spa is available in bank holidays). The staff was generally ok, apart from one of the receptionist who stopped us on our way to the room the next night after checking in(stopped us when we were already on the lift) asking us which room are we from without giving a reason for that question. I thought we will have to show our IDs to be allowed to get to the room. When I gave our room number and asked if there is any problem the receptionist said just "no" and walked away...I find it rather strange staying in many hotels over the past years we would never be asked on the entrance to the room if we have a right to be here.... I do understand the security reasons, however giving the fact we were not making any noise or trouble walking to the room that's quite disrespectful. Overall I think this hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Location is not great as the city centre is quite far, but I guess the benefit will be the close located airport. We were staying in nicer hotels in Lodz in the strict centre for this money or even way cheaper... If you are not desperate to find accommodation near to the airport it's better if you probably stay somewhere else as you may be disappointed.

We stay in the hotel for a few times in a year.Rooms are ok,beds are comfy.Bathrooms are small and smaller, but that is ok.There us no fridge in the room, but complementary water is available.Breakfast is fine, you can choose from warm and cold dishes.A cake is always available too.The restaurant is mostly closed on Sunday evenings, and Monday for lunch too.Apart of that there is a big swimming pool, and many parking placed.

Great staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Nice dinner and breakfast. Actually I had a suit with huge balcony, the view to the church a the park - it was gorgeous! Makes you wishing to come back for holiday to spend some time in spa and a swimming pool. Very easy to access by car.

we stay in the hotel 3 or 4 times a year. We managed to stay there during each season already. Hotel is simple, not newest, but clean, well kept. Staff is kind. We mostly stay longer, meaning checking out around 13 or 14 oclck, and the staff is perfectly fine with that. Swimming pool is big outside and also well kept. We like the restaurant too, food is good. Breakfast is ok, always serving some home made fresh sweets too.

Stayed for a business trip for two nights. Supermarket and mall are close. Other than that it's in a remote and quiet location. I enjoyed its peaceful ambiance. The room was classic and beautiful. It's quite spacious and housekeeping was great. Its 90s architecture is nostalgic. Breakfast was OK and the breakfast hall was fantastic. Good music was usually played at the breakfast and made my day. Carpark can be improved for providing shelter during rain. Overall, it's good price for value and a comfortable place for a short-term stay.
