Good location near city center. Rooms specious, but not cleaned properly. Breakfast average, not enough employees to pay attention to guests at breakfasts. No chance to relax at pool - each day shouting kids not obeying any rules and no one from the staff cares. No life guard. Water temperature ok for swimming, but no chance for it due to kindergarten splashing around this small pool. Very chlorinated water. Sauna is a joke - no hygienic rules defined and obeyed- no towels use and guests sitting there in swimming suits. Definitely not recommend for couples or relax.

Center City location. Very new . Very modern. Extremely helpful personnel. Full buffet breakfast was included in the rate. Food was very repetitious but Fresh and plentiful. Getting eggs made to order was never an issue. I would have like to have some smoked fish available but I managed with cold cuts and cheeses . The only three negatives were: The bath towels could have been larger and softer and the shower area in its quest to be modern had only 3 sides thus making it difficult not to splash the water on the bathroom floor. Finally the Bath soap bar should have been larger. Overall a very pleasant experience and I truly recommend it.

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It’s a big modern business type hotel. very clean. We were in room 882. Big room , tv . Mini bar, robes and slippy. Beds were comfortable. Stylish modern bathroom with a great shower. The room was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Quite a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel was very quiet while we stayed. We really liked the pool. Very Large and we had it to ourselves both mornings we swam. We also used the sauna. All in all a very good stay and I would stay here again.

It’s a great hotel that seems to be in a decadence spiral. A special mention to the restaurant. Total absence of service. The waiter in front of his computer not interested at all in the customers. It’s a pity to let such a hotel in that kind of professionals hands

I spent one week in this hotel at the beginning of December for a business trip to Lodz. My experience was really very good and the hotel is the right choice for a business trip. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and with features that are not so common in hotels of this range. I appreciated also the restaurant and its cuisine like the service of breakfast. The location is a bit ugly but for business reasons, the hotel is more than fine.

I stayed there in February. Originally booked 2 days but I had to extend to 5. Spacious rooms with good working space- good size desk. Large TV was good to. Not had a chance to use restaurant but breakfast were good quality and plenty of choice. New and modern hotel perfect for business trips, well recommended. Only one little complaint is slow internet.
