Family and I stayed here for our summer vacation in rural Poland. The staff are the among the best I have encountered at a Hilton all over the world. So supportive, so helpful, so responsive...ready to go the extra mile. We really appreciated that from Grzegorz and his team. The hotel facilities are great as you would expect of a Hilton property, with very modern renovations even though the rooms are a bit tight, but hey it's Europe. Loved the food options in the courtyard. Pity the hottub was out of commission due to COVID but the sauna and rooftop pool and deck were great especially for the kids. If you're ever in Kalisz be sure to stay at the Hampton by Hilton.

My stay is comfortable and pleasant! Room has a good size and very comfortable bed! Reception is definitely friendly and happy to help you! Dining is very easy. Five restaurants at your choice at ground floor! Building is beautiful, modern and historic! When I visit next time, I have no doubt this hotel is my first choice.

This hotel did not disappoint. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs. Very good location close to old town. Negatives: I got coupon for non-alcoholic drink. I get free beer at Warsaw Hamptons with Diamond status. Parking entrance has no mention of hotel. It says Lux med parking. I had to stop the car by hotel entrance and come by reception to confirm that hotel has parking spots in parkade. Parking was 30 zl, which was reasonable. At 20k points it was more than Warsaw Hamptons.

If you are looking for calm place to stay with neat and clean rooms- this hotel is good choice....I also reccomend breakfasts (waffles with berries :). Walking distance to old town with delicious beef carpaccio in restaurant "Antonio".

Very new and friendly place to stay in Kalisz. Hotel is located in the centre. There’s a lot of restaurants, good breakfast and nice staff. The rooms are comfortable. On the 4th floor is swimming pool. I recommend this place absolutely. One minus for the inability to stay in a hotel with a dog - in other hotels of this brand it is possible.

We enjoyed our business trip to Kalisz and had a lovely stay in this modern, comfortable and extremely clean hotel. It is conveniently located, just 5 minute walk to the historic centre, and offers great service. There is a small swimming pool and a glass sauna in the luxurious penthouse spa. The Roma restaurant and "Bread and Wine" bar on the same site are both brilliant.

Recently constructed, opened 2Q 2019. Modern decor, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, several very good restaurants across the small plaza behind the hotel, shopping mall one block away, town center just a 5-minute walk away. Couldn’t ask for more!

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast upper standard. It is visible, that personnel and management is taking care of their guests. The only mishap happened when I gave my clothes to laundry. They clean them so good, that I have never seen them again. Otherwise everything OK.
