Great place for family stay. Maybe not as close to the downtown but next to great park and sluice. Very quiet and green place. Shops and theater at the corner. Good for walking. Great breakfast variety and very tasty cuisine.

Decent hotel. Acceptably clean. Shower in the bathroom. No noise cancelling walls nor doors makes one wonder about what happens sometimes ;-) The lobby is new and futuristic. The hotel is rather so-so and could use a refresh. On the plus side - even if there is a party in the restaurant one does not hear that in the hotel part. Good wine shop (not hotel related) - recommend going there. At present the hotel is doubling the size. Weekend was nice and quiet but I believe the week to be unbearable :-( Hope they finish soon. And probably start remodeling the older part.

Just got back from the park hotel and so glad we only booked two nights. Builders banging like they are literally coming through the wall at 7am. No internet in our room. Struggled in the reception area aswell. I have no doubt this hotel is going to be a great hotel in a few months but at this moment they should be disgusted putting people in rooms where there extension is adjoining. Even walking through the corridor a mist of concrete dust hangs in the air. Beds are not comfy and our room which I hope you don’t get was 104. The worst hotel experience I have had in all the years I have travelled. Shame on you park hotel !!!!

We came here for a Polish wedding that was happening onsite and it really was a wonderful occasion. We had fortunate to get one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was so sleek and stylish! Wish i had taken a pic of the LED lights above bed and curtains. Great power shower and they had huge massive towels. The air con was a god send due to the heat outside. They are refurbishing so lots of workmen going about but it had no effect on us. The hotel will look really super when done! The hotel is slightly out of the centre but there's a tram stop across the road from the hotel which can take you there in 10 mins. During the evening wedding reception we were spoiled by the portions of food that just kept coming out. All very tasty and the hall was a super size. Very much looking forward to coming back here again.…

The hotel itself is not bad. The rooms are a bit outdated, and while I was visiting, they were rennovating which was quite noisy. However, I can say, that the rooms have A/C which is quite welcome, the TV is quite good, the beds are quite decent, and the connections to the city center as well as shops and a mall are quite welcome. Furthermore, the price for the night wasn't too bad, so unless you find something more appealing, I would recommend this hotel.

Overpriced for what you get. Food was ok, service very pretentious and waiter was not present when needed. Preferred to have a chat in the reception. Toilets not clean as expected, no area for feeding baby, only directed to toilet with no chair to sit on. Unfortunately poor playground for children. Hotel under refurbishment but prices as if it would be fully in use. Staff was dressed in jeans and trainers. I would expect a bit more chick style for what they would like to be. I haven’t feel so welcome from the beginning, when had to go to reception to ask to open parking for our guests. Will come back only because it’s no many places in Bydgoszcz for special occasions but won’t book myself in the future.

Stayed here overnight during my trip from Amsterdam to Kaliningrad. Hotel is very basic but sufficient if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Rooms are ok, beds are low quality and I definitely felt it in my back the morning after. Staff is nice, though!

Park Hotel is nice business hotel located at the side of charming canal. There is a plenty of parking places, large restaurant and very eager and helpful staff. Rooms are a little bit small, but they are well equipped so sufficient to get good rest after workday.

I have booked my room via bookings.com website as I was coming to Bydgoszcz to have some dental treatments done. Hotel itself is not the most picturesque from outside, rooms are spacious and have everything you need although in need of little modernisation but it didn't bother me at all. What stands out in this hotel is the staff which cares and it's so genuine. From the moment I walked in and throughout my stay they couldn't do more to make me feel more comfortable even my special requests were never a problem. Having to work myself some best hotels in London and having quite high expectations and always being judgmental when it comes to customer service this place has exceeded my expectations by far. Thank you for making my stay stress free and looking after me so well.

I stayed here one night. The room was nice, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel was very loud until quite late in the evening and I found it difficult to sleep as a result. There wasn't partying going on or anything, just groups of people coming and going, talking and laughing. That would be fine but it was an unending stream until almost midnight and there seems to be no sound deading in the door and hall-side wall of the room. The very nice hard surface floors probably didn't help with that My room was newly renovated and was quite nice, though the counter top in the bathroom was broken and looked like it might collapse if you weren't careful. On the back of the hotel was the most horrifically anti-Semitic graffiti I have ever seen. I fail to see how the hotel management can let it stay there when a coat of paint would deal with it. Seriously, it was bad, and I hope I never see anything like it again. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it wasn't a terrible hotel.…
