No surprise in this modern monstruosity in that lovely old city center. Good service. Guarded parking, Mocern rooms and good breakfast. Very little charm but good value for money. Choose the rooms that do not give onto the street for a quieter night.

If you are traveling to Zamosc consider this hotel. It is conveniently located with parking in the front of the hotel (at no cost). It is inside the walls of the old city so when you walk out the door of the hotel you are already there! Breakfast was simple and adequate, rooms clean and spacious, staff courteous and knowledgeable.... More

Location is very good as the famed square is just around the corner. However locating and going to the hotel when driving was a traumatic and difficult experience. When we called the hotel for directions, no one spoke in english. We have to walk a long way to the hotel to,discover still that receptionist could not help us get to... More

From outside the hotel looks quite neglected, however once inside we were very pleasantly surprised - the reception and public spaces were quite modern. The rooms were clean, functional but dated. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with a nice selection of cheese and ham as well as cooked salami and scrambled eggs. Parking was... More

As others have noted, the Renesans looks rather grim from the outside, but the inside is clean, bright and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly; between their limited english and my limited Polish, we managed to communicate. The room was small but comfortable with a/c and a comfortable bed. A substantial buffet breakfast was included in the price.... More

One side of the hotel can be reached by car, the other is already the old town with walking zone only. The staff is nice and make big efforts to please you. The town is nice, small and clean. The room we had was a big room separated in 2 in a funny way, i believe they have support columns... More

we were in zamosc for a friends wedding and the whole town is just beautiful! The hotel was 2 streets back from the square and I'm glad of That because it meant it was nice and quiet. Nothing to look at from the outside, but,The room was gr8 - only downside - not a double bed. However my friend who... More

This hotel looks like a bedraggled old office block from the outside. Peeling paint, barely a sign announcing what it is. But inside it's a totally different world. Big rooms, everything of fine quality and generous proportions. Eager staff, speaking good English. Only drawback was the lack of a kettle for morning tea (an obsession of mine). Not especially cheap,... More

A very basic hotel in a good location. Rooms are simple and the furniture is tired. Staff speaks little English and is not very helpful but at least frendly. They have a secure car-park for fee and a free public park in front of. Breakfast's average. Really cheap and nothing special.
