I stay 3 night in this Hotel ! The room was basic not to bad and clean ! Unfortunately the biggest concern for me was luck of personal security ! No in room safe !! The door of the room had no automatic closing ? What make very risky as employe cleaning the room can forget to close the door ? then what ? I decide during my stay not to service the room ! I am also concern that the door of the room is not according to fire safety regulation ! The corridors remind me of communism time ! The breakfast was very good ! Also this hotel is next university not Old Town ! To old town take you 15-20 min not that far ! Would I stay in this hotel again ? NO ! Because of luck of security
This hotel is located on a major yraffic artery in central Lublin, adjacent to the Catholic university and not too far from the school of medicine and Marie Curie Us. Great for short or longer stays. The staff are cordial and really work to make one's stay agreeable. They also offer parking, and additional services from meeting rooms to a nice restaurant.
Nice, classic Mercure Hotel from the turn of the century. The elevator took me peacefully to my room on 5th floor with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The staff in the hotel and restaurant was very friendly and I got 15% discount for my dinner on the Eve of St. Nicolas Day. My warm recommendations!
This s a very typical Mercure experience. The hotel is a mix of new and old furnishings. Reception and restaurant fairly modern, with some older furniture in rooms. Rooms not particularly large, and showers notably small. Reasonable selection of breakfast buffet though hot food as a little cold and scrambled eggs unattractively runny. Located 10-15 walk from the city centre. It is an easy, straight walk. No recognition of LCAH platinum.
Best hotel we’ve ever visited! We stayed there for 4 weeks and we found the staff incredibly polite and friendly; they were caring, smiley and thoughtful. We had a coffee at the bar in the morning and beers at night every now and then. Every single one of these visits was a pleasure. Thank you so much to all the Mercure Lublin Hotel Staff! Naradzie!
Rooms and breakfast were good. Hotel is in walking distance from the old town. Only it looked a bit outdated. The bed was good, the bathroom was basic but everything you needed was there and worked properly. Over all a good hotel.
Only a short time in Lublin, but what an experience. Staff went out of their way to make my stay better. Truly felt at home and will definitely return in the future!! Breakfast was delicious also. Thank you.
Nice hotel not far from old town, about 15 mins. Rooms OK and breakfast good, although the shower must be smallest I've ever been in, in sort of a quadrant shape. Parking seemed to be free, but behind the counter it said 70 PLN per day, but I parked there and didn't pay. Only thing of concern was how few guests were wearing masks and none of the staff seemingly bothered to enforce it, even over an open breakfast buffet.. For this reason alone I would not stay here again, though of course the pandemic will be behind us soon. Note my cleanliness rating is purely about number of guests not wearing masks and hotel staff not enforcing it.Otherwise the hotel was very clean.
You're close to the university and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very good for 3 stars, the bathroom is small and the shower is very small. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it was corona proof. If you come by train, you can take the bus tho the hotel or use Bolt (or taxi).
For 3 star hotel, I was very happy with my stay. Good value for money. Staff was nice and friendly, clean rooms and nice small gym I could use. The restaurant downstairs was really good, I would recommend pierogi.
