This hotel is a gem and not because of anything extraordinary or amazing, but simply by their staff. I have stayed there for a few years in the row and am always impressed by the staff there. Whether you want anything from the front desk, restaurant / breakfast staff assistance or just chat amicably with a management team member always visible in the facility. Having being known for critical reviews at other facilities (as I am also a Hilton and Marriott club member) I am simply impressed by this place. Thank you all, keep raising above the fold and hopefully get recognized for your efforts. I have chosen this place to quietly celebrate my birthday and absolutely loved all of my experience even though the hotel staff new nothing of this.

I stayed at a suite which is very nice, spacious, modern and decorated room. Very friendly and smiling staff. Good location. Good breakfast with decent options. SPA services are avilable, I didn't have time to evaluate. The elevators are small relatively.

Stayed here for a week on business. Room was spacious and comfortable; public spaces were OK. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good location.Wi-Fi appeared to be a bit unstable at times. Only negative observation is that cleaning staff must’ve been in a hurry on the day that I arrived: the rubbish bin in the room was full, and the floor in the bathroom had quite a bit of hair in one corner.

Extremely basic room with old and very tatty furniture, fixtures and fittings. Aircon doesn’t work so had to open the window. Then very noisy (avoid rooms on low floors if possible). Despite having a reservation for a king size bed I ended up with twin beds. Very uncomfortable and very small. The ‘bedside lamp’ (also broken) and charger were behind the pillow so the room was clearly not meant to be a twin. The door didn’t shut independently so you need to be careful. That said the Bar and restaurant staff were friendly.

Room Tip: Avoid low floors. Check phone works (mine didn’t so had to ask for it to be fixed).

I got woken up in the morning by some noisy people on the corridor , you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door because the rooms are not sound proofed. The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs

I stay 3 night in this Hotel ! The room was basic not to bad and clean ! Unfortunately the biggest concern for me was luck of personal security ! No in room safe !! The door of the room had no automatic closing ? What make very risky as employe cleaning the room can forget to close the door ? then what ? I decide during my stay not to service the room ! I am also concern that the door of the room is not according to fire safety regulation ! The corridors remind me of communism time ! The breakfast was very good ! Also this hotel is next university not Old Town ! To old town take you 15-20 min not that far ! Would I stay in this hotel again ? NO ! Because of luck of security

This hotel is located on a major yraffic artery in central Lublin, adjacent to the Catholic university and not too far from the school of medicine and Marie Curie Us. Great for short or longer stays. The staff are cordial and really work to make one's stay agreeable. They also offer parking, and additional services from meeting rooms to a nice restaurant.

Nice, classic Mercure Hotel from the turn of the century. The elevator took me peacefully to my room on 5th floor with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The staff in the hotel and restaurant was very friendly and I got 15% discount for my dinner on the Eve of St. Nicolas Day. My warm recommendations!

This s a very typical Mercure experience. The hotel is a mix of new and old furnishings. Reception and restaurant fairly modern, with some older furniture in rooms. Rooms not particularly large, and showers notably small. Reasonable selection of breakfast buffet though hot food as a little cold and scrambled eggs unattractively runny. Located 10-15 walk from the city centre. It is an easy, straight walk. No recognition of LCAH platinum.

Best hotel we’ve ever visited! We stayed there for 4 weeks and we found the staff incredibly polite and friendly; they were caring, smiley and thoughtful. We had a coffee at the bar in the morning and beers at night every now and then. Every single one of these visits was a pleasure. Thank you so much to all the Mercure Lublin Hotel Staff! Naradzie!
