Fantastic welcome on arrival, nothing seem to be a trouble. Personally escorted to the room which was very clean, spacious and cozy. Very comfortable. The restaurant has a wonderful choose of food, from yummy pasta to delicious pizza. Nice bar, fab coffee and deserts. Very quick wi-fi. The staff can not be more helpful. I can recommend the hotel to anybody. Thank you Willowa for making the stay in Lublin so special!!!

We stayed in Willowa Hotel in Lublin for 3 nights Location : The Hotel is located not far from the Old Town, (10-15mins) taxi doesnt coat much and you also have the bus who stops right next to the Hotel You can find a local Market or Lidl just 2mins away if needed The Hotel itself : Very clean, lovely colour, quiet, warm and spacious room ( we have a standard double bed room), phone, TV, Internet No mini bar but the bar hotel is operates 24h only for the hotel customers Staff : Very helpful, very friendly and service has been really great with us Food : Very very good varied/healthy menu From Polish food to Italian and French.. Breakfast as buffet but they also serve warm/hot breakfast I definitelt recomment this place if you do stay in Lublin R.A

I can recommend this hotel. It isn't so expensive, but of course you can find much cheaper ones in Lublin. It has really comfortable rooms in pretty good style. You can have some meals in hotel's restauratny, but actually you'd better eat somewhere else in the city centre, where you can find cheaper and interesting cantines and restaurants. Localization is average, if you plan to stay there for sightseeing, you have to spend some time in bus or car to get to old town, but bus stop is just near the hotel. Travelling to city centre by bus takes about 15-20 minutes. So, have a good time in Lublin ! :)

We arrived by car during our via Baltica crossing and picked up Hotel Willowa as out first stop. Reservation and discussion via email where quick and clear, reservation made in no time with no need for any identification, credit card or things like that. As a family with two adults, one child and one infant, we reserved the Superior Room to accomodate us all. Room was really big, two big normal bads that we moved around to accommodate the safety of the infant, one sofa opened for two so plenty of space to use for sleeping, still there has been huge space left in the toom so that kids could go around with no problem. Bathroom was big too, nice huge wall window in it as well, all required facilities. You need to pick your breakfast option when you do the checkin one day before, but when breakfast came, wow, absolutely delicious and by far too much! We picked three different versions out of four available and all of them where top. As overall conclusion, we will pick this hotel from now on for all our via baltica crossings. PS: 50m from hotel there is a Lidl shop if shopping for food is needed. PS: Price wise was also smalles amount out of all the hotels that we used but was by far the best one.…

Even though a bit far from the beautiful old town of Lublin, Willowa is certainly entitled to every one of the three stars they claim. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are contemporary, extremely well kept and clean. Young staff is fluent with English and amazingly enthusiastic about providing the best possible service. Same quality principles apply to the restaurant. Menu is mostly towards Italian, but you can get your fix even if you are hungry for a traditional Polish food. The owner is obviously a wine enthusiast, the wine list includes some very interesting items. Excellent value on the whole. Warmly recommended.
