Best hotel in lublin in my opinion, very good value for money, walkable distance to old town and close to nearest bus stop that is 1 stop away from old town, nice and safe area not a bother going around late at night from the old town, air conditioning very good, so warm outside but didnt feel like it in the room, good hotel bar with unreal beer that cheap too, highly recomned this place when visiting lublin
Perfect location for those who come to Lublin by train (the hotel is located in the midway between the train station and the old town). The single room was spacious, clean and well equiped (2 small bottles of water, tea maker, fridge). Very good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. The only negative comment I have concerns the Covid restrictions. Although the info about necessity of wearing the mask is displayed in many places in the hotel, the guests and the personnel do not do it.
I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is near the train station und old town. Both are accessible in a short walk about 10 minutes. The room and shower were fresh, clean and spacious. The breakfast is served downstairs in restaurant. The buffet offers all you need. Also the restaurant wich is open from 6pm serve good and tasty dishes. If you think about a stay in Lublin, you should choose the “Arche Hotel”. Especially if our arrive by train.
Access to the hotel from the airport is simple - we go by train straight to the train station, from where we can take a walk of several minutes or take a bus (short route). At Arche Lublin we have experienced reliable, warm and professional service. Check-in was fast and efficient. Then we headed to a spacious, minimalist but very comfortable apartment with kitchen. The hotel restaurant serves a tasty breakfast. We were honestly surprised by the wide range of food as for a 3* hotel. We also had dinner at the hotel, tasty dishes and very good wine selection. Professional waiter service. We hope that our next visit to hotel will be great as well! We have an extended review of this hotel, with loads of photos, posted on our site.
I spent last year one day in this modern hotel and enjoyed my room, the breakfast and the staff (specifically Olga and Alexandra) that were very helpful. Is not so far from the old city of Lublin, ten minutes walk approximately. I highly recommend it.
Staying in a single room - the size of which is tiny. Luckily I'm relatively small and can just turn around in the room. The TV is good because its very close to the bed- because the room is so small. There is no cupboard or shelf and nowhere to open a suitcase to rummage inside which is a problem as there's no cupboard. The shower and sink have hot water with a good stream. But cleaning service extends to changing the towels and thats it. Upon complaining at reception I was told that obviously I must have messed the room up. Even the night manager insinuated that it was my responsibilty. So one can expect air bnb type of service at this hotel. Im waiting to see if any improvement.
What we liked: Comfortable beds, modern design, spacious apartment with 2 toilets, excellent staff who went out of their way to help us when our daughter was sick and we encountered some transport problems. Excellent breakfast and good quality food at restaurant. Very handy for Arena Lublin and only a short taxi ride uphill to the Old Town and an easy walk back down! Obviously a very new property with a few teething issues but staff trying really hard so give them a go! Lublin has a wonderful city centre to visit - one of our favourite cities in Poland. Not so good: Shower needed a door and bathroom needed an extractor fan. Lounge chairs were noisy to sit on due to poor design and sofa bed only really suitable for children so ask for a rollaway bed if an adult/teen needs it. Would we return though - absolutely!!!…
I stayed there for 5 nights recently. It has a contemporary design and the coffee at breakfast is particularly good. It's pretty close to the train station and within walking distance of the centre. I would have eaten there on the first night, but they had stopped serving by the time I arrived. I have given it 3 stars for 3 reasons. Firstly, the housekeeping - my room seemed to be forgotten, so I had to seek out things I needed, such as a clean towels. Secondly, my room was cold, so I had to ask for a couple of blankets. Thirdly, there was a noisy group of teens below me, thankfully for one night only because they had a party. Even though I mentioned it to reception twice, that didn't make any difference. I asked to be moved, but the only room they could offer me away from the noise hadn't been cleaned. After that experience, I probably wouldn't stay there again.…
I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel and was very pleased. Very comfy beds, clean, stylish - contemporary design. Bar downstairs was great. Breakfast was more then I usually expect. Staff was amazing!
