Everything went well, service was good, room was cleaned and really quiet.
The bed and room were rather small, but bathroom was quite big, and the wifi was ok.
The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't available when I stayed there.

Our room had a spacious balcony facing, I think, north-west (towards the botanical gardens), but I wouldn't know whether the fireworks are in that direction. As the other reviewer suggests, ask the hotel.
