The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from Rynek Square. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a lux room which was very spacious and overlooked a courtyard. We stayed in room 32 which was on the 3rd floor. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, plenty sockets, plenty storage space.
Check in was quick even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. Entrance to the hotel is up a covered alleyway.
Breakfast was either hot or cold. Place your order for hot food of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, hard/ soft boiled eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles with the waitress. Tea, coffee and juice available. Selection of desserts, yoghurts and pastries. Baskets of bread with a variety of different types of bread.
Plenty of variety of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. A must to try is smalec which sounds disgusting but is very tasty, it is a spread made from rendered white pork fat flavoured with crispy brown pieces and you spread it on bread. We were encouraged to try it when we visited a polish restaurant. Pierogies are also a dish to try as they are dumplings with various fillings and they come sweet or savoury.
Prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and portions are generous.
There is a guest house next door to the hotel called The Academus which is also a place to have a drink, owner is very friendly. Just bedside the hotel on the way to the square is a souvenir shop which changes to a bar at night, it is very cosy and has a good variety of drinks for sale.
Wroclaw is a beautiful place and is somewhere we would definitely revisit.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location; right around the corner from the main square and Jatki Street.
Large rooms which were very clean. There were plenty of towels, a hairdryer, very good lighting and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was no safe but we locked our passports etc in our suitcases. The only issues were that there didn't seem to be much insulation through the windows so early in a morning we could hear the church bells and deliveries being made. Also, the pillows on the bed were very large and square and not very comfy.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choice and a menu to choose extra items off - the waffles and pancakes were delicious!
Front of house staff were very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended hotel for a short break.

Hotel Patio is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Wroclaw. It's a few minutes stroll to Rynek Square and its vast array of historic buildings, bars, shops and restaurants. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. The room [4th floor] was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom, whilst compact, was perfectly adequate. The shower water pressure was very low, which made for a near trickle of water, albeit hot and plentiful. The TV included the BBC News Channel, but nothing else in English. There was a kettle, cups, and complimentary coffee/tea etc (no milk) which were replenished daily when the room was serviced. The room also had a mini fridge, but no safe and air conditioning. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is chic and stylish and in a perfect location. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 48 people, occupying a total of 24 rooms. The group loved their stay, and the close proximity to the Christmas Markets. The breakfast was fabulous, which included the ability to order hot food items. Thank you to all of the Patio staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Very nice hotel. The main selling point is the ideal location, two minutes from the main square. Clean and comfortable accommodation with rooms a decent size, and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Hotel Patio for two nights this march. The hotel is brilliantly located in the centre of town just around the corner from the market square, yet even though it was so central, there was no discernable noises to spoil a really good nights sleep.
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is really clean and warm (which was much appreciated, as the temperature outside was hovering around the 0 mark).
The rooms are large and clean and the beds were remarkably comfortable. The breakfast was the buffet variety and was pretty amazing, with a large choice, varying from cereals, scrambled eggs, a choice of sausages, different types of breads and rolls and a wide selection of meats, cheeses and various other delicacies. There was a wide choice of drinks as well, tea, different varieties of coffee and juices.
Wroclaw itself is a great place to visit for a short break, with loads of bars, cafes, and restaurants. Prices are really reasonable, even in the more touristy places around the square.
Top marks to the Hotel Patio, if we return for a further visit, we would definately stay there again.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in April. The hotel location could not be better, just around the corner from the beautiful Town square. We paid 940 zeloties for the 3 nights including breakfast.
The breakfast room is the hotel restaurant (Tete a Tete) on the ground floor. A very clean and pleasent place for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and interesting. Hot Sausages and scrambled eggs available. Large selection of cold meats and cheeses (inc Colston Basset Stilton). and several other hand prepared items.
The Hotel is part of a business centre so the rooms are on several floors, but we found our room (No 16) large, clean loads of storage space, large comfatable double bed. Bathroom clean and modern with small shower cubicle.
We would certainly use this Hotel again. Taxi fare from Airport 64 zeloties (not shortest route as Wroclaw Marathon on, not drivers fault) Return without marathon 42 Zeloties.

As there are only two reviews for this hotel I would like to update same as I have only just come back from 3 nights B and B, The hotel is very central, just a street behind the main square. It is part of a business centre and so does not as such look like a standard hotel. The reception is in the front of the hotel and when you pass through the door at the side of the receiption you enter a Foyer, where you can look up at all the other floors. Each floor has a business on it, ie printing business, or such like, and the hotel rooms seem to be at the end of each floor so from that aspect it wasnt your typical corridor with rooms. Having said that the proximity of the hotel to the square compensates and whilst it also has a mix of businesses, it is still better than some of the hotels that are very new and glitzy but a bit away from the square. We had an apartment which had its own sitting room and it was immaculate, Sky TV, mini Bar, etc. No air con! may be a problem if it was warmer, but it did have a big fan. Breakfast was very varied, hot and cold, although we found on the morning we were catching an early flight, there was a far better selection because we were early for breakfast. There was also I think a Jazz Bar somewhere but we didnt find it, Its proximity to the Square is excellent

Hotel was in a great location just beside the main square but just far enough away to be swamped by it. Rooms were all good, modern & clean. Twin rooms had plenty of space for friends sharing. Staff were all very helpful & friendly.
Would definitely recommend if staying in Wroclaw!
