We booked the Art Hotel for our wedding. 60 people on their all inclusive package. They surpassed our expectations (which to be fair were pretty high). First off the hotel itself, it’s beautiful. It has a sort of faded glamour that feels like the 1920s. It feels lived in - in a good way. Warm and welcoming. The staff are incredible. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food and drink outstanding. Proper polish food served family style. Vodka flowed, and was mopped up by more food - which kept coming till the small hours. Our DJ played till 4am. We had a blast. We, and all our guests. had a fabulous time. Looking forward to returning soon.
Lovely hotel. Warm and the room had a bath. The staff were very friendly also. I didn't have breakfast there but the menu looked good. The air con in the room was a bit noisy at night but otherwise for the price it was amazing.
If it weren't for a quality restaurant, I would have given the place one star! There appears to have been a sad attempt to update the hotel, but they failed miserably. There is only ONE vent for heating in each hotel room; mine was located in the bathroom! As a result, the bedroom was freezing cold... MISERABLE STAY! I have friends who stayed also at the same time -- their only heat vent was in the bedroom. They complained that their bedroom was way too hot, and their bathroom was freezing cold. There isn't anything that would bring me back!
Awesome hotel and the staff were really awesome and very friendly. The breakfast setting is beautiful and professionally run. The ceilings in the rooms are the highest I’ve seen. Beautiful architectural detail throughout. Would definitely recommend!! Can’t say enough about the friendly staff and how well run their hotel is. Just wonderful
Good location but that’s about it Poor service Cleaning ladies are rude and have an attitude Dated rooms Not enough plug-ins Crappy hair drier Good breakfast but negative staff Employees do not wear masks Would not stay there again
This was our 4th visit to wroclaw but our first to this hotel and true to word - the location was perfect and hotel was spotless and spoke brilliant english. We stayed for 5-nights. If you want a central location in Rynek, this is the place! Just a 2/3 min walk and you're in the man square. Taxi from airport is about 20+ mins and cost with hotel 70PLN (approx £13) which is brilliant and this also refelcts the pricing for food and drink - must go to place for food is whiskey in the jar (next to hard rock and better!) but be prepared to queue if at busy times of day and then for another great steak or burger, try The Winners bar.... great for UK football and just outside of the old town but still only about a 10-minute walk from hotel. We also loved the cocktails at the Cuban bar in the square. Rynek is a beautiful place to visit, so much history and lovely bars - the whole experience through covid time was brilliant - we self-tested 72 hours before leaving back for UK and didn't use the airport service, but the option is there and around £25 pp also.…
We loved everything about this hotel. Staff are friendly Room was lovely with very comfy bed!! Excellent breakfast Spotlessly clean and near to all amenities. We had dinner in the restaurant on the last night and the food was amazing!! 😊
This hotel is top drawer on every count, from the location to the beautiful restaurant/breakfast room to the staff who are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We arrived very early but a room was promptly found for us; a few days later a bottle of wine was left in our room for my birthday; not all hotels or staff would have gone these extra miles and we really appreciated the kindness.
Beautiful hotel with so much character. Breakfast was delicious and guests are spoilt for choice. Housekeepers are nicest, loveliest ladies I have ever come across in the hotel. Rooms are very stylish and clean. Right in the center of old town with bars , shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Highly recommended.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is exceptionally well appointed and the staff are excellent. Breakfast menu is extensive and the rooms are lovely and spacious. The big selling point is the proximity of the hotel to the centre. Just off the market square and handy for the islands and river. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended!
