PURO Wrocław Stare Miasto is the perfect destination for those in search of cultural, artistic, and gustatory experiences, and its central location gives you a taste of this city’s remarkable atmosphere. Guests will always find PURO at the very heart of things, because that’s where we feel at home. You can count on a warm reception, personalized service, and the best tips for seeing the town through from a local perspective. And if you’d prefer to ride around the city, we’ve got a few comfortable bikes for you to use. You’re just a few minutes away from most of Wrocław’s major attractions, including the Main Square. The cozy street that’s home to Wrocław’s PURO also has plenty of excellent restaurants. Moreover, our hotel garden lets onto a green strip that makes for a leafy oasis in the very center of town. We regularly organize film screenings or lazy Sundays here, a place to enjoy a slow breakfast and kick back with a little music. And while we’re on the subject of food, make sure to drop by Hint on your stay. This is our bistro, where we whip up contemporary street-food-inspired cuisine. PURO is also the perfect home base if you’re longing for a bit of unspoiled nature – just a dozen or so kilometers away you’ll find the post-glacial Trzebnickie Hills or the Ślęży Massif. You can set off for the Chapel of Skulls in Kudowa Czermna or lose yourself in the network of tunnels and corridors of the subterranean city of Osówka in the Owl Mountains. A stay at PURO is an enormously pleasant feast for the eyes. Fine design and new Polish art, as well as comfortable beds and a round-the-clock reception desk ready to answer all your questions. Apart from the obvious conveniences like wi-fi, room service, and luggage storage, the hotel has paid parking. And our guests can always count on a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee.

Bed super comfy. Best nights sleep in ages!
Great location to a Rynek and Trams
Had room service which was delicious and the access to a decent coffee machine in the foyer was a bonus too

+ great staff
+ great location, 5 minutes from the main square
+ great breakfast with multiple vege options
+- rooms were cool, although the bathroom could've been illuminated better. There were no lights over the shower, also because of lack of side lights above the washbasin the face is completely shaded in the mirror. Also the glass bathroom doors opened only in 80%, which narrowed the entrance and made us hit these doors few times, I'm glad we didn't break it
- we set the heating to max and yet we had around 20 oC in the room. The floor heating in the bathroom wasn't working which likely was the reason for it. We were offered either another room or an additional heater, we took the heater but it stopped working after 5 minutes. The staff performed adequately, so it was a mild inconvenience and didn't affect our very positive percepction of the stay.

The rooms are brimming with technology. When you enter, the room instructs you to place your key card in the slot. A tablet on the wall allows you to customize your lighting settings and easily connect to the wifi. The service was nice and friendly. Parking is available in an underground garage for a fee.

Went for the Xmas markets and couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The bus from the airport took 30 mins, the bus stop was 2 mins walk from the hotel and only cost 80 pence each! The hotel backs onto the tree-lined promenade circling the old town so very peaceful but only 5 mins walk to the main square and the Xmas markets.
The hotel reception staff were ever so friendly and helpful and advised on good restaurants. The best one we tried was Oliwa y Ogien. Pizza and pasta. We had 2 courses and drinks for £35 and the food was amazing. Pistachio spaghetti and the biggest pizza ever!
The hotel room was perfect. Warm (underfloor heating in the bathroom), comfy beds and pillows, quiet and everything we needed including bathrobes and slippers.
Breakfast was amazing too. All the usual suspects from fresh fruit to granola, continental meats and cheeses, croissants, all sorts of bread, bacon, egg, sausage, pancakes and you also had a la carte options for omelettes, avocado and egg on sourdough or a croque Madame to name a few. The coffee machine was always available and produced nice coffee but you could always ask the waiting staff for a flat white if you wanted one.
The reception area had loads of comfy chairs and a free coffee machine, so once, after long morning walk we chilled in reception with a book and a couple of coffees. Very relaxing.
Overall, a really lovely hotel. We were well looked after, it was really handy for transport and the main old town with Xmas markets, shops, restaurants and cafes. So we’d thoroughly recommend the Puro hotel and if we come back to Wroclaw we know where we’ll be staying.

Great room, great location! The location was right close to the old town so the most relevant things to see were a walking distance away

Room service was good as well, and not too expensive. 24/7 reception.

There are great automated services in the room. You can regulate late, temperature and order room service from a tablet.

Having visited the Puro hotel in Cracow repeatedly, its Wroclaw counterpart was our natural choice number one. Easy booking, fast check-in and friendly staff . Solid breakfast with plenty food to choose from. We used bit overpriced underground garage, but you pay for excellent location in walking distance to Main Square. Only downside can be a breakfast restaurant as can fill up quickly in the peak hours. We really enjoyed our hi-tech corner room with Park view as well as having chance to sit in the patio (blankets provided by hotel) and slurp coffee. :-) We will definitely return.

I stayed in a garden facing executive room for a few nights. The hotel is ideal for a city break, in a nice safe area with walking distance to trams and busses. I was however, disappointed with the size of the room, very small for an executive room but for 1 person it was ok, the bathroom was another story and extremely small. I think if 2 people were staying in one of these rooms it would have been a tight space. WiFi was very good and as others have mentioned, everything is controlled by a tablet so with all the mod cons, can’t understand how they don’t have any English tv stations or free Netflix. The air con is also very poor so I didn’t sleep very well and the cleaners didn’t clean my room on one day. I ate here 1 night, not a huge selection, opted for burger and chips, burger very overloaded with the pesto dressing and chips came smothered in salt, which is a big NO in my books. The staff are really lovely and very helpful. There are some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance and the area seemed very safe however, a bit away from the main square for walking back late. The whole area is so nice. I would stay here again but wouldn’t pay for an executive room, if I were sharing a room, I think I’d look for a place with bigger rooms.

Dear veratmw, Thank you for choosing PURO Hotel and the review you shared with us. I appreciate all the nice experiences you write about in particular about our team. I sincerely regret that we could not meet all your expectations. Nevertheless, I hope you will give us another chance in the future. While we can't change everything you write about (room size), I'd like to believe you found more positives after all. I would like to rectify that we have 8 English-language channels available and the screen sharing function thanks to which you can watch Netflix or whatever you like from your device on the big screen. I hope you remember your time in Wrocław well. Kind regards! Edyta

Puro hotel is a really nice place situated right in the middle of the town with short walking distance to lots of restaurants etc.
There’s good vibes all around in the lounge area and the surroundings.
The rooms are a bit small but very designed and with all accessories wished. The shower soap was especially one to remember…
Bed was excellent and the chrome cast makes it possible to watch whatever you’d like from your own favorite programs.
Great breakfast with a la carte as well as a large buffet with all you’ll wish for.

My stay at the Puro was a flawless experience. I cannot fault it at all, there was nothing that we had a problem with. The room was absolutely pristine clean and the decor felt luxurious, like a hotel of three times the price that we paid to stay. We loved the glass shower and felt being able to pull a curtain back when not being used made the whole room feel big and light. The bed was so comfortable and the feather pillows were great, especially having one as a big square - this was great for getting comfortable when watching TV. I found the addition of a wall tablet for making calls, ordering room service and adjusting the temperature and lighting so cool and modern. The TV was amazing, a great size and the fact that you can cast from your phone to watch things was a real game changer as we could enjoy anything on Netflix or YouTube rather than being stuck with whatever was on the TV channels - as my partner was having surgery and therefore in the room for much of our stay in order to recover, this made things much more comfortable for us so we didn't get bored. I wish every hotel had this feature! The staff were beyond helpful and could not do enough for us, including being very accomodating to our requests for tea, including making us a hot water flask up to the room so we didn't have to keep coming downstairs to get more. We also enjoyed the very generous breakfasts and the quality of the room from the Hint resturant was excellent. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it will not be our last stay here! Thank you to everyone at Puro Wroclaw for making our stay so perfect and stress free.

A delightful hotel in the old city of Wroclaw, the PURO is sandwiched between a lovely park with a riverwalk lined with large mature shade trees and a medieval street lined with architectural delights and quaint sidewalk cafes serving the most delicious foods and drinks. Our experience began with the most polite, well-dressed, and well-spoken front desk staff. The rooms were very clean, modern, brand new, tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, and ample linens, towels, and those little amenities and attention to detail that made our stay a pleasure. Would love to return again.

I only remember seeing news and business channels in English, but we didn't watch much t.v. There is too much to do in Wroclaw to spend much time in your hotel room.
