It’s a nice old building that has been refurbished to a very good standard. While on the main road, our room was quiet and overlooked the school behind. We had a large room, which was well furnished. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were very courteous and helpful. As for location, it was easy to walk anywhere in the centre. Also, the trams stopped just outside so you could get anywhere very easily. They have limited parking - only for around five cars - and you have to pay for it, unfortunately. Overall, we were pleased with our choice of hotel.

The hotel is situated at walking distance (about 10 min) from the cathedral at Ostrow Tumski. Our room was fine, of good size and clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel has its own parking area (paid; PLN 40 per day). It would be nice if they had free city maps available for the guests.

Arrived for a 1 night stay, my partner booked this place online (good reviews & location).The car-park was tight and extremely awkward to park and quite overpriced considering there is plenty of free parking available nearby. We asked for a rear facing room to avoid noise (front of the building faces busy street) as we wanted to get a good night rest. The room & bathroom were very clean with modern, tasteful decor. The bed was very big, comfortable and cosy, the downside were horrible tiny super-hard pillows (and only 2 per double room), we couldn't have them replaced as reception was unmanned at this stage. In the morning we were woken up by a very loud conversation of hotel staff with subcontractors held in the middle of hallway/corridor. Upon asking them to keep the noise levels to minimum and taking the conversation to a different place such as reception or the office, we were scoffed at! The loud conversations continued for another 30 minutes following which subcontractors did some work (for maybe 10 minutes). At no point we were pre-warned of any work planned for the morning, at no point staff apologised to us or made any effort to be empathetic or rectify the situation. Instead we were looked down at during check out by continually rude and condescending staff!!! I feel that in spite of stylish interior the attitudes of staff are unacceptable and I would not recommend this place at all, there are plenty of nicer and friendlier places of similar standard in the area.…

Stayed here for two nights and got a great deal via Expedia. Didn’t know what to expect with lack of reviews but was impressed. Great, big rooms, nice breakfast and clean. The heating in the room was difficult to manage - it was cold in the bathroom but too hot in the bedroom. 15 mins walk to old town. 25 mins uber £7 from/to airport.

A lot of space inside-rooms and bathrooms are very big. Interior and furniture completely new. Carpets all over hotel, so your feet don’t freeze :) Private parking with cameras for car. Personal is very friendly. City center is nearby. My recommendation 👍

Brand new hotel! Exceptional quality, great interiors! We have arrived almost at midnight with two kids, staff very friendly, all handled with care. At this point, the hotel is testing a breakfast facility so we were invited to join. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay in Art Novis during our trip to Wrocław for “Little Big”concert at the beginning of May. The apart hotel is new, everything was very clean and stylish. The location is very convenient it’s around 10-15 minutes by walk from the Old Town only! We will definitely go back there:)
