Hotel Piast was built in 1908 and operated then as "Kronprinz". The value of the object is the historical aspect, visible in the maintained interior design of the rooms and public areas. The hotel boasts a great location in the heart of Wrocław, within walking distance of attractions such as the historic Ostrów Tumski and the impressive Wrocław Opera House. In February 2015, the hotel underwent a complete renovation, it was equipped with two conference rooms and modern equipment in a classic style. On the ground floor of the hotel, there is the Bisto Station restaurant, offering a large selection of Polish and international dishes.

Hotel has good location, 1 minute from main railway station, 15 minutes walk from Old Town. Breakfast very simple with not working coffee machine. One elevator also not working. Secured parking 5 minutes walk not connected with hotel. Room simple as well. Next time different hotel in Wrocław. Service kind.

The location is great - short walk from Wroclaw Glowny, and from major shopping centres and even Old Town. It is a shame as this hotel has so much potential but falls short for a number of reasons. We booked here as we had read the reviews that it was well situated but a bit ‘old and worn’. That we don’t mind but dirty stains in the mattresses, sheets that fall short of top and bottom on mattress, dirty worn out sheets and blankets, thin old towels, a nasty stain on the wall near the top of one of the beds, no room service at all during our stay - all amounted to an average experience. Also while a couple of the staff were friendly, the unfriendly responses we got from others was unpleasant (and we haven’t even complained at all!) I guess it is value for money in terms of location but it’s a grimy dirty place. Based on that and the poor food reviews we avoided breakfast and just ate at Etno Cafe instead which is across the road and quite cool.

Very nice hotel right outside the main railway station with very little walk if you arrive by train, lots of tram and bus stops across the road that you can take tram or bus to the city center and other attractions within minutes.Lots of cafe and restauratns nearby so wouldnt have to walk long to eat somehtung, rooms were very comfortable and most important the airconditioning was best thing about this place as it was 30+ degrees from early morning the aircon was on all day and night and couldnt feel bit of heat in the room making sleep comfortable. Very good value foe money as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Wrocław with very good distance to Main station and city center, Only concern id the quality of service provided by the ukrainian cleaning staff which can be very rude if you dont speak ukrainian

Good location beside the train station and a short walk into the centre. Was okay, could be a little cleaner, and a little friendlier. Wouldn’t discourage others, it wasn’t offensive and did the job but if you get a deal somewhere else , go somewhere else.

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.

The room was clean and a huge shower for a single room. Fundamentally a hotel room should have a comfortable bed. This one did not. A simple fitted sheet or a flat sheet large enough to tuck in would have solved the problem. But without either, the bottom sheet became unraveled during the night which made for a really restless sleep. So disappointing. The service was super friendly. Location was good, lots of access to trams. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

This is a nice old building opposite the station, in a convenient location. Overall, I think it's seen better times; the furniture is scuffed and tired, and the towels and bed linens are frayed and worn (clean, though). My room had a somewhat 'off' scent to it, but was quiet (as requested) facing away from the street. The breakfast is adequate: cereal, cold food, good scrambled eggs, and bread all included (bit strangely, there is no toaster). You could probably do better in this lovely city.

We fell foul of the fog in Krakow and had our flight cancelled. Ryanair offered us to be rerouted to Liverpool from Wroclaw which was a 3.5hr drive from Krakow. I booked this hotel on the way up due to its proximity to where the bus stopped as we arrived around 1am. Total price was £41 including breakfast. Check in was fine although all we wanted was bed. The old man on security was asleep by the window and at one point I wasn't sure if he was breathing. The hotel is nothing special, it's the location that wins overall right opposite Wroclaw glowny train station. Water pressure was good in the shower and beds reasonable, however mine had a waterproof cover on which would have been a problem had I not been so tired. The room had a balcony overlooking the main road and train station and was large and clean for the price paid. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and is nothing special but enough to set you up but there is no toaster. Hot food wise there were some dodgy sausages, snotty scrambled eggs and pancakes. A cold selection of ham, cheese and boiled eggs were available. Overall it is what it is. I've stayed in worse budget places for more money before.

Hotel is located in a vicinity of Main Train Station in Wrocław. Short walk to the Old Town. Very nice building with a bit of old-school vibe :) Service was very nice and helpful. We stayed only for one night, but got a very good price for the room. Beds were comfy, however room was a bit stuffy at first (needed some fresh air).
