The most outstanding place to stay not only in Wrocław. I love to come back to that hotel as often as I can. Staff, comfort, food and bar - everything is even better that i can imagine. Thank you for your the best hospitality.
Modern hotel located in the middle of the oldest part of the city. Outdoor design is very “silent” thus the building fits to the neighborhood, despite the fact that everything around is much, much older. Lobby - ultra modern with a nice wall fountain. Rooms are quiet (there are no cars allowed to drive in the neighborhood except access to the hotel) and bright. Mine had a nice view on a green square in front of the hotel. The only reason why I didn’t rate the hotel for 5 stars is the fact that for a two days of my stay, housekeeper didn’t bring a shower gel.
I think this hotel embodies the best of Wroclaw. On one hand it is modern, beautifully designed, clean, and staffed by folks who really care about the well being of their guests. On the other, this hotel is located on some of the most historical property in the city, across the square from the cathedral, near the River Oder. It is both elegant and quiet, yet within easy walking distance to all of the sights in the city center. We found the breakfast buffet to be extensive and tastefully done. All in all a wonderful experience. Our only regret was that we did not have more days to spend here.
Lovely hotel, the staff was very helpful. The rooms had a nice comfy bed, lots of lighting options. Lovely thick curtains that block out the daylight. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice which was always refilled. The room had a glass screen to the bathroom which was only very slightly tinted so not much privacy, there was a curtain you could pull across but caused the screen to become a mirror from the inside.
Following a recommendation from a family member we decided to book staff made us feel welcome from check in to check out lovely room good breakfast selection ideal location to walk to and around a beautiful city Magda and her team were attentive and made us feel welcome
The room was really nice and modern. Comfortable bed, big TV, great shower, mini bar etc. Had a drink from the outside bar which was nice in the sun. My only complaint was the fact the spa was not open during the day in the week - only in the evening and at weekends. As a 5 star hotel we would have expected this to be open all day. We did complain on checking out and was told it was due to COVID. Sorry but why are companies still using this as an excuse?
Overrated hotel with maximum 4 stars standard. I've stayed in many different hotels and this was the worst hotel staff. The check-in receptionists definately don't want to work here and speak very rude language... The room itself is clean however there is a noticeable lack of amenities. In the shower you won't find a toothbrush and all our liquid gels that were in big bottles, were almost empty so after 1 shower we had no more soap. We stayed 3 nights and for most of the time air con didn't work. In the morning we were calling staff to try to fix it and for 3 days nobody came to us. Also calling itself was a challange.. The breakfast in the Craft restaurant was also well below average. We order eggs benedict and we got them only 35min after.. by this time we ate other dishes as we thought the staff forgot about us. Even a simple thing like a coffee during breakfast is a challenge for the staff. We ordered it with 3 different waiters and got it after 15min. The breakfast is limited to just a few dishes and all tasted heavy and unhealthy. We stayed in other hotels in Poland that serverd Polish food and only this one was serving food just leaking with oil and fat. We were not able to enjoy the weather in the hotel's garden as it was rented by some company initially till 6pm and then until 11pm. There was no notice/information to guests that the event will happen. Actually the only good thing is a location of the hotel but it's plenty of other hotels nerby in the city center which we stayed earlier and provide much better service.…
I linked the hotel very much due to location, next to church and in quiet area. Hotel itself is modern and new. Room decor was good and modern. Staff wasnt that good but did nothing wrong i think some training would help..
from the check-in till check-out miserable experience unprofessional staff, esp. disastrous restaurant with untrained and messy young staff trying hard to tell everybody "we could not care less' an hour before closing breakfast buffet the mess is astonishing and they do not do anything about it you pay for breakfast, but you get a pigsty offer- photos attached as a proof the staff swings up and down just to kill the time most horrible, tasteless food you can imagine for lunch
I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s very modern and well designed. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and well maintained. I really like the colour combinations used in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The location is pretty great, the hotel is located in a quiet area behind the cathedral. You can reach the old town within 15 minutes by foot. I did not try the restaurant/bar, but it seemed pretty busy and I’ve heard positive feedback from my friends. As I have high-level statuses with two other major chains (Hilton and Marriott) and I don’t normally stay at other hotels - this was my first non-Marriott/Hilton stay since January 2020 - and I’ll definitely return to this hotel when I return to Wrocław.
