Stayed for the third visit in one of the Leoapart apartments. This one was particularly perfect for us with a roof top balcony. It is called Toledo. It had brilliant views across the city and is right in the heart of the old town near the main square. Perfect.

They have a few apartments over the place but all I can do is review the one we had its location could not be any better 90 sec walk from square the apartment was a good size no fancy gadgets but all you need bed was to soft so we slept on sofa bed but that was fine. the main leopard office was just across the road and staff there were pleasant and helpful.

Place is terrible. Location might be close to main square but it’s right in front of loud bar with drunk people screaming all night. Not possible to get any rest. Windows are not good neither. You can hear everything going on on the street. The condition of the apartment is really bad. Bed is made of 2 different matters connected together. Couch has holes in it. When you sit you fall into. Worst stay ever.

This apartment was comfortable for a one night stay. It was centrally located which made all site easy to access by foot. The main square is just down the road with many restaurants to choose from. The reception staff were friendly and even stored our bags after checkout as our train for Warsaw didn't leave until later in the day.

A large group stayed here across two sites which were each a 10 minute walk between two. The apartments were basic and served a purpose. They are self-catering with all the amenities, the bathroom was small and smelt like a mens urinal. However, the beds were comfy and had plenty of bedding. Washing up liquid and sponges were provided there were shops near by. The location was great, could be quite noisy if you are bothered by noises this is not the place for you. There was two bedrooms and a dinning room. The receptioniust didnt speak english and it was difficult to find the apartment. However, for the price it was a good apartment and served a purpose.

We travelled to Wroclaw to meet family there. The apartment was quite cheap, but a good size , with comfortable enough beds and a good size , decently equipped kitchen. The reception for collecting the keys is very close on the same street to the apartment. Whilst the furniture is a little dated , and only two chairs in the kitchen, we took the two chairs from the balcony for eating, as there was 4 of us staying. One bedroom but it had a fold down sofa bed, which was comfortable enough. The kitchen was quite modern and equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom was a good size, though had a broken mirror, toilet seat and no shower curtain, but for what we wanted this made no difference. It looks in need of a make over as it just looks bad with cracked mirrors etc, and maybe replace the toilet seat instead of gluing it would give a better appearance. The walls and floors carry noise though and despite signs in the entrance and the apartment asking for silence between 10pm and 7am with a number to call and report, you can hear not just people in the other room of the apartment but also the apartments above, below and at the side. With a party appearing to be on somewhere in the building until about 5am one night. However, the location is superb, though can be quite loud at 3am, as it’s close to the main square and a few bars in nearby streets. Overall we were happy enough with it as a base to go and explore the city, with more than enough room for 4 people.

We arrived just before check in and luckily we were able to pop down to the offices to grab our keys early. We were only a short walk from the office and our hotel was just off the flower market square area. It’s a little spooky when you first enter as it’s very dark and gloomy. But the flat itself is modern and clean, however it was very warm! Baring in mind it was 4 degrees when we were there, the apartment was about 24! We had to open the windows and have the fan on 24/7. Our shower also lost hot water on one night for some unknown reason. The flat was clean and comfortable, nice kitchen and a good size fridge too. The beds are comfy, even the sofa bed. Only downside is it is sooo noisy, so an early night for our flight wasn’t possible. There’s constant loud music from about 6pm to 3am most nights. So bring ear plugs! We had a 1 bed apartment with sofa bed for 2 and it was a good spacious size. Only thing the tv may be missing is some Netflix!

Great apartments Enjoyed the freedom & location just off the main square , we were recommended these apartments by a cosmetic clinic , our arrival was after there office opening hours , so our key had already been collected , only to find we weren’t put in the apartment we had reserved , which was meant to sleep 6 only to find the apartment we had was 1 double bed & I was travelling with a friend of the opposite sex We had a bit of a laugh & said we would make do Only to find 3 slats missing on the bed & later my friend got locked in the bathroom as the handle came off lol We contacted the clinic rep & said we’d bring our bags the following day as we weren’t in the apartment that next night & wanted the apartment we booked & was confirmed by email with the name faro & relevant pics On next collecting the key for the apartment the man on the reception of the leoapatmenrs which is opposite all 3 buildings Was not interested what so ever if the issues of wrong apartment broken bed & broken bathroom handle , he basically said it was our fault for not saying before we used the apartment even though we’re foreigners & the office was shut before we arrived & left He offered no apology nor discount for suppling the wrong apartment Just after surgery this is not the stress u need it spoilt our feel for the accimadation & this guy should not be confronting customers as his customer service approach was 0 But I would recommend this complex the girls on reception were great

I honestly didn't expect much when I was there but it's an inexpensive stay in the middle of the oldtown, comfortable apartments, and nice view. Don't expect hyper quality, but it is everything you need, even for a longer stay. I had a washing machine, dryer, fridge, AC, oven, microwave,tv, so all good. The only thing to criticise is the cleanliness. The washing machine really needs cleaning sometimes and there was nothing to wash up the bathroom with, although it looked a bit dirty do I would have loved to wash up. If they deal with that, it is really a super place to stay.

It’s with huge disappointment that I write this review. I’ve been staying at Leoapart apts over the last 10 years but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be staying again! While the apts are in a great location just off the market square they really are very dated now, all need refurbished and cleaned better. I’ve also found over the years that they often change your apt without informing guests so don’t always expect to get the apt you booked. I had booked the Cape Town apt and only noticed a week before that this had been changed! Leoapart, I always loved your apts but with so many other apts now available you will need to spend a bit of money on your properties to keep up with the competition.
