My brother, my mom and I stayed here until 22 of June, we were there 7 days ok... Where we start. At first they give us a room far as hell in another building. Then at the 6th day they sent us a woman to clean the room but was because they made a mistake, they just put 6 days instead 7, that's OK if they were kind... Their workers, two girls and one boy treat us as scum. And it continues they do not clean the room even once. And the parking.... We left the hotel at 5am and we had a parking there with a deposit, the day before they said that the secutiry man will return us the deposit but... Of course the lied again we are in the airplane without our 100 Zloty. The room is OK, but 0 air. The problem is not the room is the service, they do not want to help and their faces are like if we were undeseables.

Stayed 7 nights in this hell zone we got two crappy towels with no bath mats or no hand towels just the same two towels for the whole week. The pillows and cover was a joke as you can see by the picture. The noise was terrible and partner was bitten all over from mosquitoes. Need I say more. Trashy vile place they just take your money and absolute no care given. Place should be shut down

It was our second stay, this time for a week and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The apartment we got was not cleaned properly (dirty dishes in the dishwasher, no towels and so on) and manager of the place confirmed it and apologised. We were charged more for a parking spot, even though we were booking with their website and they send us a price for a day. They asked us to send them copy of our reservation in an email. The email was never answered and at the reception two young girls were very rude and they said that we will not get refund for the difference, did not apologise but simply ignored us and started to talk to another customer. Also the lift in our building was broken for the whole period.

It is an apart-hotel with many apartments to rent. It is a modern apartment, 400 metres from main square at Stare Miasto. Big enough for 2, with panoramic elevators, a very good bathroom (thanks God, shower without bathtub). The heating was modern and efficient. The communication with the team was not good enough: they don't answer on time.

I booked an apartment for 8 nights, having searched around I choose this because the headline of description of the room said Apartment 11 with King Size bed.. having stayed in a different apartment a year ago, knowing that in fact the bed was king size back then, I went for it. We are an adult couple, our skinny days are long gone, and I have back surgery. A large enough bed is one of my few criterias for staying anywhere... we came to the room, looked at the bed... i never travel with a tape mesurer (yet), but the bed looked a bit on the small side... so i took my IPad, looked up the length, and measured the bed. It came down to roughly 5 2/3 iPads (240mm).. the bed is in the vicinity of 136cm wide. It qualifies as a double. For American readers, were talking just above 4 feet wide... I contacted Absynth through booking dot com and said that this must be wrong, whereupon I got «This is a King size in Poland», so I wrote back that being in the EU, they had to follow EU standards, and this is not King size according to those. I also stated that I would involve bookings office. We arrived in the evening on a tuesday, my complaint to Absynth was sent that same evening and they replied 2am in the night. So wednesday morning I called booking dot com. They understood my complaint, I sent them pictures of my booking and the bed. They called Absynth, and then called me back saying they promised to get in touch with me personally med solve the matter, even swapping out the bed in the room was mentioned. So we hung up and nothing happened. In the evening I called back to Booking and raised my concern that I havent heard anything and that I feared they were going to ignore us. So booking tried to call them again, then managed to schedule to talk with Absynth on thursday. At this point I just want my money back and be able to move to different accomodations. I was offered a 15% discount by booking as a Compensation, but they would contact the Absynth rep on thursday and try to arrange a cancellation and refund. I was also adviced not to move before the refund was granted, as they rarely manage to grant anything if people move. Also if I pay for this and a new place, I could have gone for luxury in the first place... thursday afternoon I got back to Booking, got a reply that they would reach out to Absynth again, and would return to me as soon as they heard anything back from Absynth. Noe its friday, I will contact booking again when I have finished writing this... I will not stop, I dont care about the money anymore, but I am going to ask for the refund till I get it. Daily, ad infinitum. So, the quality of the place... its crap, the floor panelling is bulging, the chairs by the dinnertable have had their original stuffing removed and some foam added, so your basically sitting on a frame. The cutlery... leftovers.. 3 knifes of different cheap origins (leftovers from refugee camps?) bread knife... i have to stab the kaiser rolls in two, its not cutting anything... bed... cheap and tiny... and for females using make up.. try putting on make up when the light above the mirror had one white and one yellow bulb :) This place is cheap and ok if you dont have any standards, if you run into any problems.. forget it.. and we tried to get two keys... so that one could sleep behind locked doors and the other could come home later... no can do...

We had booked an appartment for a family of 3 adults and got one big bed and one super small bed (suitable for kids) When we spoke with the management they said this is the best they had, they claim on the website as well as bookings.com that the appartment is for 3 adults while the receptionist himself admitted it would be impossible for 3 adults to reside here.

We were then given our keys to room 409 on the fourth floor which we were very underwhelmed by, the outdoor seating area as displayed online with a table and chairs had none of this, the sheets on the bed seemed worn and the material was of a poor quality, there were two tiny square pillows which were very uncomfortable to sleep on. We bought food and drink and came back and added these items to the fridge, a couple of hours later the fridge started to make a very loud and distracting noise which neither me or my partner could get to stop. As it was past the reception open hours we had a very sleepless night waiting until morning to resolve this issue, however in the morning when my partner looked over to the side of the bed he was alarmed to see a swarm of ants crawling all over the floor and into a cup he had sitting on the bedside table. Upon further inspection they were not only on the floor but over the 'kitchen' worktop and into. We immediately packed our things and went to reception to inform them of the situation and request a new room, the staff at the reception desk were less than accommodating, they told us they had no rooms available and we would have to wait until 3pm, it was only 10am at this point they told us that we had to stay in the ant infested room until they had one available. After our sleepless night and our shock of seeing an infestation of ants in the room there was no way we were going back so we had no choice but to leave our cases and go out. This to me was a disgrace as we paid for the full stay and were given no choice but to leave the apartment on this day. They told us they only had rooms of four available but because we were only paying for a room for two then they could only give us a new room for two. Upon returning we were given a new room 523 which was on the 5th floor, I asked to see this room before we decided we would sleep there and this room was slightly better, there was outside furniture and no sign of ants. We slept there on the night of the 13th no issues, then on the morning of the 15th we discovered this room also had an ant problem. In this room they were also crawling on the floor and kitchen unit, but even worse they were crawling on the bed which was absolutely vile. Due to us checking out this morning and the reaction we had previously received the day before we asked for an email address to complain and I have still received no response or apology.

Iam writing now from the appartment. We booked app no 49 in building 3. We arrived, paid and got the room in less than 10 minutes. The room was ready and clean, the view is fantastic overlooking the tram station facing mercure hotel. Hot water is available though we are now in July. Furniture is cozy. Yet there are tiny things which does not affect the experience : took some time to figure out how the light system works, the TV has limited channels mainly IN Polish . After having a shower some water stayed on the floor and I did not find a way to flush it out/away. Overall I give it 8/10...

Booked for one night. Quality of sleep: terrible The apartment is right aoutside the busy street with non existant sound insulation. No curtains- hence very bright. Guests from apt. next door had a party l, despite the building rules, and while trying to call reception several times- there was NO Answer! Had to eventually go outside in the middle of the night to get some attention from staff (reception is a seprare unit) Not even a word of apology nor any interest. As a cherry on the top, while returning the parking gate key we were told we won’t be reimbursed for the deposit as the lady at reception couldn’t locate the envelope where the money was stored. Got it only because I kept the receipt. By far the worst accommodation in Wroclaw, would not recommend to the worst enemy and would never stay again.

Booked an apartment for a week. Tv, internet and air condition not working and every repair attempted didn't resolve it. Didn't want to leave our things with the repair guy do we always made an arrangement when he should come. He was always late - some times more than an hour after phoning the reception. Lost a lot of time waiting for him and reaching the reception is not easy. Very dirty kitchen - disgusting - our plan was to make food at the hotel - but we had to change that. Not enough towels. No soap. Dispute with the hotel is always unanswered. Not possible to speak with manager as the reception always have an excuse....hotel is poorly sound isolated, you hear everything from outside and from the staircase. Not sure if we will stay here next time.
