Excellent and modern hotel with friendly staff. Very impressed with the spacious rooms. Hotel is conveniently within walking distance to the tourism spots in Wroclaw and right beside a shopping centre. Ideal location and very enjoyable stay.
I am travelling around Poland, staying 15 nights at 15 different Hilton properties in order to maintain my Diamond status for 2022. I have stayed at every Doubletree Hotel in Poland during this stay. I am very impressed by this hotel. The hotel is 5 years old, but still looks as it is brand new. When checking-in I was welcomed as loyal member by a friendly staff. The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful one bedroom King suite. In the room there was a welcome letter as well as a bottle of sparkling wine in ice and three welcome drink vouchers. The suite is very clean, large and comfortable. The bathroom is accessible from both living room and bedroom and has both a bathtub and a walk in shower. In Poland the beds has been on the hard side, but this hotel has a very soft and comfortable beds. we also tried the pool. I believe DT in Lodz has the best pool, DT in Krakow the second best one but still the pool is adequate. The location is very good close to city center with just a few minutes walk to main square in old town. I just want to congratulate the management for running the such a nice hotel in accordance to Hilton´s expectations. I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back again. Thank you DT Wroclaw!!…
I Visit this Year Many Luxus Hotels from in Europe but this was the Best. The Room was very big With two Beds. But i can‘t Open the Windows, i need Fresh Air. The Stuff was very friendly and helpfully. It was a Short Walk from Central Station. Thank you
Very friendly staff will great you within seconds of walking in the door. Rooms are spacious, entire property is clean, and bar and restaurant have plenty of options. The hotel has a gym, but a private gym and pool is accessible with more than enough equipment. Great location, 15 minute walk from the main train station, streetcar stop a block away, and easy walking to the heart of Wrocław.
Just back from a long weekend at the Hilton Doubletree in Wrocław. Great location and service. Very spacious room and good leisure facilities. Staff extremely helpful and will certainly be returning. Highly recommended.
This place was a bit of a disappointment based on the good reviews. The location is great and an easy walk to Market Square and the Old Town. The parking is tight and grossly expensive for Poland, 95 PLN per night. Checkin was fine (and they seem to have perfected their cookies even better than the typical DT ones!) but there was no real upgrade for Diamond status. They put us on the executive floor in a standard room which is nothing special. Requested (both in advance and upon checkin) a suite upgrade, but they did not provide as they only had the larger OVO suites available. They may have been busy but disappointing as all the other DT and Hilton properties we stayed at in Poland immediately upgraded us to the best suite available. There was also no welcome amenity in the room. The room itself was okay though small; it was modern and clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight and, as in many newer hotels, light switch configuration was almost impossible to figure out. Breakfast buffet was very nice, good selection and quality food. Honestly the biggest shortcoming was the executive lounge. We went there for evening reception and left after a few minutes as it was so bad. There was almost no hot food just some nasty little spring rolls that were cold and barely cooked and a few sandwiches, nuts a few pieces of cheese, etc. No salad or hot food or desserts. The wine was just terrible. There was one bottle of cheap screw-top Portuguese red wine that I poured and after one sip I abandoned as it was absolutely undrinkable (and my wine standards are not that high). We left and decided to avoid the lounge altogether. Really unacceptable for a four or five star property. Then on the way to dinner I noticed that there were two free drink tickets I was given upon checkin for diamond status so we stopped by the bar- and the only choice for the house wine was the same disgusting Portuguese red so we gave up. Aside from the fact that the hotel was providing the cheapest possible wine- why provide an "amenity" for elite status guests that is identical to what they already get for free in the lounge? Seemed just like cost cutting. Otherwise this place is nice but, given that it was the highest priced Hilton property we stayed at in Poland I expected it to have much better elite status recognition and perks, and an appropriate lounge. I wouldn't recommend it if you have Hilton status and value those things; otherwise it's a pretty good choice in a nice city.…
I stayed for a week and the whole stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The bed was good and the shower too. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The spa was nice as was the gym and the business center.the only thing that needs improvement is the coffee served at breakfast. Everything else about this place is top notch
Hotel is distant from the center, staff is never taking the extra mile to help, will always find an excuse for over-charging you. Don't really understand the meaning of customer service. Also - kids were not allowed to the pool for some reason.
Everything about the hotel is perfect. Great room, comfortable beds, really well designed Executive room. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very efficient and cheerful in everything that you asked of them. Very good breakfast. Hotel although six years old feels like new. Highly recommended
As expected top quality from Hilton. Clean, attentive staff, quick check in. Rooms immaculate. I wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Hilton honors upgrade was exhausted when i checked in at 2 am. But the room offered was perfectly suitable
