The hotel is outside the city center but close to a shopping mall. Clean rooms, there is a kettle. The service is nice but doesn't respect covid restrictions. Breakfasts are good but modest. The restaurant is closed, but there are two dishes every day, unfortunately nothing vegetarian. The hotel has to work on quality to get five points.

We stayed only for one night, so it was good. Clean and comfy room. Good place. Good price. Near the big shopping center. Free parking. Breakfast was terrible. The food was not refilled. Nothing for young kids, no pancakes, no porridge.. The first ones seem to have eaten everything and the ones who came later have leftovers. You should improve your breakfast, and refill the food more often.

Great hotel, perfect and tasty breakfast, nice staff. Good location near the shopping centre and old mine museum. Crazy and soft mattress makes sleeping bad .. The quality of sleep is also important The bed needs to be better and then the hotel is perfect :-)

Ibis Styles Walbrzych is really great place to stay during any purpose visit in this area. Despite of the offered services(rich and delicious breakfasts :-) ) and their quality, it has convinient access from any side of the Walbrzych city, suitable parking places and big shopping mall opened till late evening hours daily with plenty of offers, food court and cinema in front of the hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel, the service before and during our stay was excellent, especially from Sylwia on reception. The bedrooms were very clean and modern, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms well fitted with quality furnishings. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. Amazing value for money, we would cetainly return there again.

Hotel is quite modern. Room was well furnitured and clean. Breakfast was tasty with many things to choose. We have also found a place for parking very close to hotel. Service was also kind and professional.

Whenever I am in Walbrzych I always choose Ibis Styles. The hotel is not in the centre but still, due to its consistent quality and great staff, I always stay there. The only small complaint I would have is lack of real coffee at breakfast - what is served is instant Nescafe, which is very rare in other Ibis Styles hotels.

Really good price for 1 night with breakfast. Good choice for breakfast. Close to shopping centre, but what more important close to Stara Kopalnia (Old Mine). One thing I do not get: why if room is for two persons there is only one cover to sleep under?

My second time at this hotel and it has been a pleasant experience both times. Rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff are excellent and always willing to help. Not much to see in Walbrzych but I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

We needed a place to stay after spending almost a whole day at amazing Książ Castle. I was so glad we randomly chose this place instead of hotels located at the Książ Castle which looks a bit sketchy and had rather mediocre reviews. Wałbrzych Ibis Hotel rooms are very clean, staff are very friendly and breakfast buffet is really good. And the prices are very reasonable. I really recommend this place.
