Everything was clean and newly decorated(looks like a perfect place for weddings etc).
We had a late night treat at the hotel's bar(hot chocolate prepared by the owner and his young daughter).
The only issue for me was the location. It's a bit far to walk to Szklarska Poręba's centre and main attractions so would probably suit more guests with a car. Looks like a good place for families with children as well.
Orla Skala team is very nice and patient! The rooms are a little bit humid, fortunately we had only sunny days so it wasn't a big problem. Our room(Family room for 5 people) had enough space(2 bedrooms) but we didn't spend a lot of time in it. Plenty things to do and to see.
The food was good! We always had a huge breakfast('til 10am)- not as big choice as for dinner but far enough(pancakes, eggs, sausages) then the whole day walking around and then we were coming back for dinner (from 5pm)- soups, salads, meat and potatoes...
Really good time and worth every penny...
People working at the hotel were very nice and helpful, except the owner - not helpful and not friendly at all - very disappointing.
We have been in many places, various standards and prices, but we were shocked with what we get for not the cheapest place.
"I have not seen Deluxe rooms, but standard are not standard for sure, way to expensive!"Read full review
