we have just returned from a skiing holiday in Karpacz.

On arrival to the Vivaldi hotel, staff were extremely welcoming, polite and very professional.

Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and bright with wide windows. Bathroom was lovely.

Location couldn't have been more perfect.

Our favourite thing about this hotel was the amazing variety at breakfast... Fresh fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and rolls!

Finally, the finale of our day was spend relaxing in the Jacuzzi and sauna after a long day of skiing!

Highly recommended for couples and families!

We picked this hotel for the indoor pool as the weather was meant to be miserable and we are traveling with 5 and 6 year old kids. The facilities were great , pool noodles , balls and floaties available to use. Spa lovely and warm. A varried spread of food available for breakfast and something different very morning ( we stayed 3 nights) . Good location .The only negative was no tea and coffee in the room even though there was cups and a kettle. We asked at reception and were provided with tea bags but told they do not provide coffee or milk. I think this is a little thing but being able to make a hot drink after your journey would be nice.

We stayed in Hotel Vivaldi for New Year's Eve holidays. The duplex room was more than big enough, with a large bedroom on the top floor and a separate living room. Breakfast offered a good selection of cold and warm dishes. The hotel is located above the Bialy Jar ski lift - slopes are illuminated at night - and very close to the Sniezka/Kopa ski area. Around the hotel there are many bars and restaurants and the Karpacz centre is walking distance as well. Good spot for winter/summer holidays!

I was there for a weekend. The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice, the staff is young and kind. In a few minutes you can reach the city centre or some pub where to have a beer or a heartwarming Malinowka. Typical 3* hotel. Recommended also for the swimming pool (small but not much attended) and the Jacuzzi.

Fabulous Hotel. We arrived at 2am to our Hotel after a long drive from Wroclaw. We were made welcome from the get go. We had big spacious rooms with a view onto the skiing area of Karpacz. The rooms were very hot that would be my only complaint. In the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, there is ample food and a choice of pancakes, eggs , sausages and some cold foods. We hit the slopes for the day and returned at dinner time. Again, plenty of food for everyone. The staff there were always really nice to us. There's a swimming pool and Jacuzzi and my children literally spent hours there in the morning and evening. The reception were so helpful at any time. We visited in March so the hotel wasn't full so I would say it lacked atmosphere. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay Its a great place. Well done Vivaldi.

Nice hotel with great breakfast. Close to the mountain trails and the ropeway so you can be fast up on the tops of the hills. Hotel is close to the city center, you can walk there in about 15 minutes.
