A clean but simply furnished hotel. I can see this being a typical ski hotel in the winter, fine if you spend no time in your room! Friendly staff/owners and simple but adequate breakfast buffet and bar will stay open late...

Let's start with the good news. We were here with a Polish family who are friends from back home in London. Yes, sigh!, it's all downhill from here. Small and old style room with virtually no space to move around. During 3 night stay no one came to clean the room or remove the garbage. So called SPA area is terrible. Small pool with freezing cold water, stinky Jacuzzi, ok sauna, no warm water in the shower, no towels or soap. Entertainment area for kids looks like orphanage...

I really enjoyed my trip to Karpacz. After a long day of walking, it was a good idea to go to a spa and relax. On rainy or cold days, I went to the lush inside swimming pool. The staff were really helpful and caring to all customers.

The location among green hills with the breath-taking mountain panorama makes SDAYBA SPA*** the best place to spend both winter and summer holidays. All rooms in SADYBA SPA*** are arranged in warm colours with wooden furniture and wooden or tiled floors. In every room, there are Internet connection, cable TV, flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower. In the morning we serve breakfast buffet. In our guesthouse, you may find the restaurant with Polish and European cuisine. At your disposal there are a swimming pool with ozone water, dry sauna (Finnish), steam sauna (Turkish), play room (billiards, darts, table tennis) and a play room for kids.
