The luxurious, three-star Greno Hotel is situated in the very heart of Karpacz, in the immediate vicinity of the Biały Jar ski chair-lift. The Greno Hotel offers services and comfort to its guests in the atmosphere of traditional hospitality. The hotel has 39 rooms and suites, which meet the highest expectations of our guests. A combination of luxurious furniture with classical elegance guarantees a comfortable and unforgettable stay.An unusual Wellness zone is an ideal place for rest, and diverse saunas, a swimming-pool with jacuzzi create a unique and noble atmosphere.Even the little ones are special in our hotel. The hotel playroom welcomes our youngest guests with lots of colors and toys.
I have given this review an Average rating purely based on the needs of our group and the issues we encountered. We reserved four rooms for three nights. Unfortunately for consecutive nights the hotel was not able to offer rooms close together and we were on different floors. Two members of our family group are in their 90,s and required rooms close to a lift ideally without stairs. This request was accommodated but meant different floors which was somewhat inconvenient but not really an issue. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious, likewise with the bathrooms. Bathrobes were provided, together with separate pool towels. Rooms also had a refrigerator, complimentary water and a safe. Key cards have to be placed into the slot for power when you enter the room, therefore I…

Awesome little hotel - staff was very friendly, rooms and bathroom were very clean and cleaned daily even though I did not hung "Please clean my room tag" on the door. It has nice pool downstairs which my kids absolutely loved. Breakfasts were very good - buffet with lots of choices for everyone. I stayed in an "Apartament" room - had a large bedroom with two beds and one additional room with a couch, TV, work desk and small refregerator. Bathroom was quite large for hotel standards with two sinks. Location is in the upper part of the city, close to hiking trails and cable car to Sniezka.

The hotel was when I stayed there, almost completely new from a refurbishment. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and were nothing short of luxurious with bathrooms to go with it. There is a pleasant bar which is not unreasonably priced and the restaurant services a very comprehensive breakfast. The spa is excellent with a wide range of packages at very good prices. I would recommend booking in advance to get a time slot that works for you. There is ample car parking, but if you are visiting the town itself then you will need a car as it is a couple of kilometres uphill from the town. However, it is a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the cable car to start the journey to the ski slopes. Please note that the reception staff speak almost no English at all.

Stayed at Greno Hotel for 3 nights. The room was large and comfortable always clean ( bed mattress a bit to soft for my liking ). Service was good and always keen to help, but not all of them could speak English ( not a problem for me ). Restaurant breakfast offered a great choice and very tasty. Swimming pool ans sauna complex is a bit small but enough to relax after long day out in mountains. Hotel its self is in a good locations if you fancy a bit of sightseeing.

Very good service, always nice and keen to fulfill guests requests. I really felt they care about me. Good food. In 2014 the hotel looks like new, built with high standard. Dinner is soup, main course and dessert. During breakfast you choose main course from 3 options, there is always 1 vegetarian, but usually it's less attractive. One disadvantage is that when you enter the room, you need to insert the card in the slot for power, and when the power is on, TV turns on automatically on "Greno TV" - really annoying. What I liked is the card to open room. It can be programmed to open more than one room - very convenient when your family is splitter in two rooms. Another nice thing is safe in the room, without additional cost. I don't think my laptop or camera would be stolen…

Stayed for 4 days recently at the Greno hotel and had a very good experience. Staff were very helpful, some did not speak English but always quickly found someone who could. Restaurant breakfast and dinner menus offered a great choice and very tasty food. Spacious room, comfortable bed, extremely clean and very nice bathroom. Plenty of parking and several nice restaurants close by as well. Hotel is situated close to the famous Vang stave church and strange 'gravity spot' - for a bit of sightseeing. If we returned to Karpacz again, we would stay at hotel Greno. Didn't try the spa facilities, so cannot comment on them. Overall, a very good experience.

Have just stayed at the Greno Hotel and was very pleased. The room was immaculately clean and the suite that we were in was large and comfortable. The bathroom was big and had all the usual ammendities that you'd expect. Breakfast was good but by far and away, the best part was dinner. The restaurant was amazing and the food was superb, easily as good as some much pricier restaurants back home. The staff were very friendly and would try their best to help you. The only thing that they could improve on is to add air conditioning in the bedrooms. The lobby etc seemed to have it but it would have been nice in the bedroom too. Having said that, this is a great hotel and you shouldn't think twice about booking it. We would definitely stay here again.
