I really enjoyed staying here during a long weekend. Karpacz can be quite busy, but this hotel is located on a hill road, and therefore, in a quiet area. There is a parking available (which tends to be full on the weekend), but you have to pay it extra (no free parking on site). Breakfast was excellent, served in a huge room, with an incredible variety of foodstuffs. But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna. This is really a family-friendly hotel, with a playroom for kids, full of toys. In fact, the hotel was full of families with children, and is also pet-friendly. Spacious bar with a good selection of beers. A bit annoying procedure when you want to charge drinks to your room: they ask you to "open a credit" in the reception... This is a nasty procedure that ALL hotels should ban, since it denotes lack of trust in the clients, and makes clients feel uncorfortable. Some staff had trouble with english, but you can survive with some german. Would definitely come back, despite of the opportunities for improvement.

The bathroom in the room smelt strongly of stale urine and it was more than obvious the lavatory had been amply used. Bedding smelt of earlier - not very well washed - occupants. Scheduled to stay for 2 nights, I left after one. There was too much clutter not well enough cleaned for the context of pandemic. Hotel is broadly as I would have expected it to be under the Communists. Positively, windows opened wide to ventilate. Car park was efficient though. The positive reviews are a parallel universe.

Hotel was very nice, cosy and clean. Nice view from the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Massages in SPA was great. Swimming pool and saunas were OK. Breakfast was really good, lunch in the restaurant was also tasty. Hotel has a playroom for children. It offers bathrobe rent for only 10 pl/person. Overall, we spent great time with family for a very reasonable price:) Recommend this place.

After reading the reviews I was not expecting much. Breakfast is truly amazing and very Polish. From crapes to hams and authentic sausages to perfect scrambled eggs. Salad bar and salmon and herring. Buffet style overflowing with fresh items. Staff at the reception is extremely helpful and will do anything to make your stay perfect. We had difficulties with window mechanism and help arrived quickly and with good pleasant attitude. Room is a little dated but clean with nicely remodeled bathroom and wonderful sparkling clean tub to soak after day in the mountains. Swimming pool and jacuzzi wonderful. We will be back!!!

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city, near the forest and small ski slope. Amasing view to mountains or to the forest, quiet place, fresh air. Clean rooms, big windows, wonderful pool and sauna. Also it is easy to get to the town by walk. Mystical place, wood and stone sculptures with lightening make your vacation unforgettable. It is necessarily to visit the museum - Karkonosskie Taemnice and glass factory.

We decided to book this hotel as there was no alternative for a hotel of Accor brand nearby, hoping that it will be same as the standard for Mercure hotels. Unfortunately we quickly became more and more upset with our stay. Starting with old room, turns out it's exactly same as it was around 20 years ago (recognized by person who I was with as a child!). The balcony door lock isn't quite functional and is rather confusing. We think there's too much furniture making the room crowded, like the table and chairs blocking the balcony and sofa, although we found long desk very useful, same with capacity of wardrobe. The biggest issue we had about room is lack of ANY A/C or even a fan in room in the summer heat. The bathroom was rather disappointing as we hoped for a bathroom with shower and not bathtub/shower combo, which was very uncomfortable, but the biggest issue was water that changed temperature from cold to hot back to cold again every second without even touching controls! Very thin walls let you hear all screaming kids and arguing couples nearby. Another displeasing thing was unclear rules of parking, which we though is paid - and that is fine. But turns out there's completely free alternative right in front of the hotel... We didn't use pool so can't say anything about it. The breakfasts were rather poor for a 3 star hotel. We also went to the restaurant for a dinner not knowing there was an option for a buffet dinner (still not sure was that even available as we seen other people at restaurant putting food on plates after we ordered our meal from card). Steaks are not recommended... The staff was rather helpful BUT if I didn't know Polish we would be lost. Even though we always spoke English as my significant other doesn't speak Polish at all, the staff NEVER bothered to hold conversation in English so we both could participate. Actually I recall a housekeeping lady explaining why one guest wanted to enter our room in German (shout out to her because we didn't even ask her to do so :)) but reception or restaurant staff - never. Speaking of restaurant staff that was the biggest con of employees. Receptionists at least smiled, waitresses looked tired and as if they didn't want to be there. Of course order from card taken in Polish despite us consulting meals in English. To sum up with, we won't visit this hotel ever again.

This is a nice hotel, located in the heart of Karpacz. The room was nice and I was upgraded to a suite because of my platinum status. Breakfasts were also great with a lot of choices. Unfortunately, the staff on the day of my departure was very unhelpful. I requested late check out and was told with a sneer that this is not possible even though suites were available on that day. I really think that AccorClub members with platinum status should be given more consideration.

We spent a great weekend again at the hotel after some time. We felt really welcomed and the room was nice, great view and the breakfast was again really really tasty and good! Maybe the restaurant room needs a new coat of paint. For sure we will come again and again, no question! All cards welcome!

Check in staff could only speak Polish, no German or English. Made a mess with checking in, gave us 2 rooms when my reservation was for 3 ! Staff generally unfriendly, no smiles !Loud music and voices at night by the pool kept us awake until after midnight.Room was ok but nothing special. Housekeeping staff smiled !
