This hotel was actually the highlight of our visit this time. The staff granted our "wish list" of 3 rooms together (traveling with a group of 6). The ONLY reason it is not a 5 star from us is confusion regarding where to eat, when to eat, what was included in our room price (if you don't get all inclusive...

Me and my family keep on coming back for Easter and weekend getaways. An amazing location -- close to the Vang stave church (świątynia Wang) and the bottom station of the chair lift to Kopa mountain, from where you can take a hike to Śnieżka (Če. Sněžka, De. Schneekoppe). If you book early enough or are simply lucky, you can...

This hotel is stunning. It is beautifully situated so that each room has a lovely patio that looks out on the mountains. The food is decent - you have to find the good things in the buffets. There is no AC, so if you go during summer, be prepared. One night we kept the windows open, and had cigarette smoke,...

Oh my god! This place can't be for real. It's like capitalism on steroids after the communism died. Right, you've seen the stats... this place is BIG. Vegas big. But it's nothing like Vegas. No service culture, no plush carpets, no luxury, just bland ostentation with Russian communist overtones and over weight middle-class Polish men showing their wives and kids...

Although we stayed in another hotel we decided to see what the small aqua park is all about . And we were not disappointed . Small but everything for everyone!! Jacuzzis , saunas, waterslides, etc Very relaxing place to go after a whole day in the mountains . Whenever in Karpacz we will definitely visit once more.

The hotel looks nice but the rooms are away from the elevators. The breakfast is similar every day. The hotel is like all inclusive in Egypt but no all inclusive. The rooms are clean and big enough. If you are lucky you will have great view from balcony.

We have visited this hotel in July during very hot summer days. It turned out the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms! We didn't even think to check this before booking, as this is a new, 4* hotel. Swimming pool is overcrowded with people from outside the hotel. The food is really bad. Breakfast is the worst...

Giantic hotel, almost remind me like a Vegas hotel, unbeattable pools, food is decent, location is a small town southern Poland if you like to walk and lots of nature this is your place! Also very convenient for conventions due to the conference rooms and the restaurants.

Very poor service: 1/ no ice to drink (barman said: sorry but just finished) 2/ drinks taste strange - this not pina colada, this not mohijto 3/ plenty of food but not tasty I asked at the reception desk for possibility of change lunch...
