We had a wonderful family time once again. A lot of space, great infrastructure, location close to walking routes and at the same time within a few minutes' walk to the center. Great and varied breakfasts and dinners, pleasant and intimate atmosphere in the a'la carte restaurant. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. In one word - great hotel! Our favorite! We will definitely come back many times!

I consider my last week's stay at SPA Artus Resort very successful. Thanks to the treatments in the rehabilitation wing, my hand is much more functional. Mr. Marcin first chose the method of massage and at the end of the treatment he explained to me how I can loosen tense muscles. And all this in a very nice atmosphere. I will definitely come back! I recommend this expert!

Great hotel for families not only in mountains. We stayed in front of reception, brand new building and rooms. Big, spacious, nice bathroom, small kitchen to cook quick meals, sofa bed and bed. The bed could be bigger, seems it is around 140cm. Kids attractions- plenty of rooms for kids to enjoy, with trampolin, labirint, pool of balls, slides, big leggos, and plenty more Swimming pool is great, a big one indoor, a small indor, saunda, jakuzzi, outside pool for adults, kids and jakuzzi. Plenty of toys and swimming gadgets for kids, spaghetti, ball, arm floating, boards... Food, nice selection and good quality of food. Impressed with water,  coffee and deserts at the dinner.  Overall as this hotel is classified as 3 stars, tomorrow could be 4 stars without any problem, cleaned, great quality, very very nice weekend.

Excellent food, excellent service, lots of attractions for children. Rooms very well equipped. We stayed in apartments in part A2, all buildings are well connected to each other by an underground passage.

We stayed in hotel Artus at the end of April 2018 and absolutely loved it. Nice clean rooms. Great swimming pool with slides. Really tasty food. Wonderful spa treatments. Good inside and outside play area for children. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I would improve is swimming pool opening time. It doesn’t open till 10 a.m. We liked it so much we have booked our family holiday there in May this year again.

This is really nice place to relax. Located away from the city center, theoretically in a quiet and peaceful area. Unfortunately, at the moment, just behind the fence, construction is taking place, so there may be a problem with the silence. Fortunately, during the weekend, nothing happened at the construction site. On advantages - mountain path started just on front of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Large room, equipped with everything necessary, TV, safe, hair dryer, coffee and tea set, fridge. Welcome pack with water, coffee and tea. For completing the set, unfortunately, you have to pay. Also You have to pay for bathrobes. Delicious food, plenty of choice and decent prices - this is the restaurant offer. The hotel has a swimming pool with a slide for large and a smaller pool with a smaller slide for toddlers. At the pool is also a zone of silence and relaxation, only for adults. There are also saunas and jacuzi. For children, the hotel offers play rooms. In addition, there is a bowling alley, a nightclub and a squash court. The SPA area is definitely worth recommending. All in all I would recommend this hotel and I will gladly come back to it despite minor inconveniences.

We a family of 5 just spent a fantastic few days in Hotel Artus. Clean comfortable rooms with an excellent spa/swimming pool with salt water. Massage treatments were wonderful & very cheap compared to ireland. My only fault was you need to get spa treatment brochures printed in English. Food was also very nice. We look forward to returning again to improve our skiing

We stayed as a family of 4 at this hotel in February 2017 for a weeks skiing holiday. We found the hotel exactly as we had hoped, very well organised, competent professional and very pleasant staff throughout the hotel. The food in the restaurant was tasty and offered plenty of choice everyday. The table service was really prompt and very attentive. The person in charge of the buffet ensured the food was regularly replenished etc. We also really enjoyed the surprising level of facilities on offer. The hotel has its own bowling alley which is really great, games room and very nice pool area with kids slides and Jacuzzi, and steam rooms. These were enjoyed by the whole family after a days skiing. The winter holidays animation program for our kids goes down as one of the best they enjoyed - in their own words. We will forever remember dancing to Chocolatte... The hotel is tastefully decorated in alpine style, the rooms are modern and clean and the location is great - near the attractions of main square in Karpacz whilst enjoying lovely views of the Sudety Mountains from our windows. Also I tried the spa - very sophisticated spa program, unexpected for a small hotel but really liked the treatments and recommend it highly. Well done Artus Hotel.

THE HOTEL itself is a nice place to relax. It contains facilities like salt water swimming pool and jacuzzi, couple of different saunas, a place to sunbath. There is also an adults' zone. You can spend a nice evening in a night club where it is possible to play bowling, dance to the dj's beats and play some pool or video games. THE ROOM we stayed at was very cosy, clean and modern, there was also a Coffee bar but we only could use it once, as the Coffee tea and water was only as a welcomming gift. Some rooms contain the bathrobes the others don't so you will be charged 5 euros extra If you are not lucky enough to find one in your one room. THE FOOD for breakfast and dinner option is varied and quite tasty. Although for non-pork-eaters there is no much choice of meat. They serve water to dinner, for other drinks you will be charged extra. All clean, fresh, looking and tasting really good. THE STAFF is really helpful and nice, all waiters and waitresses very kind, the reception staff is always smiling and work hard to reduce stress just to make your stay as stressfree as possible. Here I want to apologise for misunderstandings with my booking by e-mail, which were mostly my fault :) but thanks to the management of the hotel it was all cleared up Si I was able to spend a nice weekend there. Thank you once again. All in all I highly recommend staying in this lovely, relaxing hotel.
