The personnel was vey nice, always going out of their way to help and accommodate any requests. The spa facilities are fantastic. We had the opportunity to try some of the spa treatments and they were excellent! Breakfast offers wide range of food, everyone will find something tasty for themselves. We stayed once for dinner too, regretting afterwards we haven't had dinner in the hotel more often. The quality of the food and choice was outstanding! It's a great hotel for a family stay. Loads to do for kids - swumming pool, playroom, outdoor playground, playstation. Your little ones will be occupied! Rooms are nice and spacious ours had a balcony. Breakfast is delicious with lots to choose from! Nice bar just a bit dead. The only buts... the pool was closed for cleaning during our stay. Would be good practice to advise guests as that's the reason we chose this hotel! Staff is very friendly except for the receptionists, they expects the guests to say hello first 🤔 Oh and what's the story with not taking credit cards for online bookings just a bank transfer??? Overall I would not hesitate to come back if visiting Karpacz again

So I’m compromised: I personally distrust reviews which are all good, and yet at the same time I have nothing bad to say about this place. THIS is how hotels should be run. Everyone I met here was a joy to be with. This includes the staff and others guests. Literally everyone was happy, helpful, and content. I am personally not religious, but if I converted tomorrow, this would be my take on paradise. Come here. If you aren’t absolutely totally happy, hit me up on tripadvisor and I will foot your bill. You can take this as a legally binding contract. I am THAT confident in recommending this place. Simply put: if you cannot be happy here, your problem is with your unconscious mind and not with the quality of your hotel.

Hotel has a really nice swimingpool and rooms with kitchen anex, which is great for the families with children. It`s placed 5 minut by walk from center in quiet area, very close to the stream river. Hotel service is very nice too!

I have stayed with my parents and my husband in this hotel and we had a lovely time. Food choices are good and you have more than enough to satisfy even the most picky guest. The location is brilliant just a 5 minute walk from the main street. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was lovely and helpful and we would definitely come back. Rooms are lovely and clean. There is a bar with a fire which make it very nice and cosy in the evenings. Couple things I could suggest is maybe having a bit more happen in the hotel like live music etc to make it even more interesting.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Hotel Konradowka in Feb 2018. The hotel was lovely, we got a very modern room with a lovely balcony and views across the town and moutains. The town itself is great for exploring, skiing and eating out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the choice at breakfast was great. Only recommendation would be to have the spa facilies slightly warmer. Would 100% recommend and visit again. Thanks!

Really great place for families with children, beautiful warm and clean swimming pool, amazing tasty breakfast with a huge selection of food, functional internet, modern spacious rooms with comfortable bed, friendly staff, very good drinks in the bar, nice children's corner. Just a few details - some of the receptionists do not know English and German, and the cleaners do not fill the room like clean towels, coffee, water in the shower did not flow more than 37 degrees, and the heating turned on at least 4 in the evening, so it was 19 degrees in the room. ) We always have parking, the location is quiet and 5 minutes into the busy center.
