Very bad service, unkind. Rooms of a pretty low standard, hotel seems to be old and not managed well. The stay was really disappointing. The only positives were the breakfast and a pretty nice pool area. I would not recomment this place.

Breakfasts and dinners were very tasty and various. Room was clean and cosy, restaurant as well. Staff is very pleasant helpful there. Swimming pool is large enough. Only one thing at spa is strange: people at saunas were with swimmclothes and without sheet under thereselves. We decided don't use sauna then.

Stayed for a friend's wedding. Rooms, facilities, staff all great. Lovely wedding reception, and food. The nearby Wang church was just stunning... the most beautiful setting for a winter wedding! I would love to come back one day, only drawback is that you need to bring someone who can drive confidently on the right, as you can't get there by public transport 😁

A very enjoyable stay here. Great views, good food and very helpful staff, who went out of their way to make us happy. The right amount of snow brought out the best in the surrounding countryside and provided the finishing touch. .

I stayed at Dziki Potok for a friend's wedding. The scenery around the hotel was truly spectacular. The whole experience was fantastic. The facilities were very good and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Dziki Potok to explore the area and had a marvellous stay. The staff could not have done more for us. Dziki Potok is a little way out of Karpacz which means it is nice and quiet and you can walk into town across the magic waterfall bridge and dam in about 10 minutes. The accommodation was clean and the food at the Hotel was good. The staff could not have done more for us. Highly recommended.

Just stayed at this hotel for friend’s wedding and the hotel was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and the views outstanding. The rooms are a great size and the spa facilities fab - we will definitely be back again!

I stayed in "Dziki Potok" for the second time and I like this place very much. Hotel is located a bit outside of Karpacz but this is a great advantage! The place offers outstanding views on the valley, the rooms are very nice and clean. There is also very nice grill facility below the hotel. The only disadvantage during my last visit was quality of food in the restaurant. In my opinion below average- deep fried, cheap kind of food. In contrast the grill party a night before was very nice with fresh bread, good quality grill dishes. There is a need to keep up to standard in both places or change the cook in the restaurant. I will come back anyway

We've stayed there for 5 days after Xmas to New Year. Homely place, cousy rooms. Nice Polish dishes. Helpfull staff propoing upgrade of room for more convenient for family with kid. Good spa at fair price.
