I was extremely disappointed with this property. I booked a room for my parents who spent more than 18 hours on the way. First of the hotel itself looks like a brothel with a noisy party, hundred high and drunk people smoking inside. My parents couldn’t find even the reception to check in. So the only person who could help them was the bartender. They showed him the confirmation of reservation and payment, he checked with a lady if he can check them in but she denied so they refused to check in them. Seems like she was deciding who can stay there and how much it will cost. I’m personally working in the hotel and never faced such situations before. This hotel shouldn’t be even shown up on booking.com or any other websites, they have their own clients and own rules. Don’t waste your time and money!

Had a great time in this hotel. The place has a French Paris kind of theme in it, which results into a great number of decorations that you will not find quickly in other hotels. Everywhere you look there are things too see. The hotel bar is offering a broad variety of drinks. The whole experience is one of a kind😀

My good friend booked me a room last minute at this hotel as she is friends with the hotel owners. What a lovely stay! I was in a triple room overlooking the patio garden area in August. It was a very hot week but the room was comfortable with the standing fan provided and open window. There is artwork from all over the world everywhere you look! The breakfast buffet is amazing. The owners and staff are so very friendly and accommodating! This is a happening place on the weekends. I loved my time here, and the location within town is perfect for walking everywhere. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Boleslawiec. Thank you for a special stay over my birthday, Bogdan. I appreciated your kindness and the hotel very much! -Patty

Me and my stupid husband we had wonderful time there. I fell in love with our apartment and all the details in the hotel make amazing ambience there. People are absolutely fantastic, delicious breakfasts, and the garden is just perfect to get sloshed :))))

We had a quick one night stay in this fantastic hotel, beautiful artwork and decorations, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food for dinner, easy walking distance to train station and around the square. Unfortunately the AC in our room was not working so it was quite warm, but finally cooled off later in the evening so it worked out fine in the end.

Stayed here last week for the first time. Not what I expected. I like it very much and have booked again. It has a nice bar and the food in restaurant is very good. The breakfast is ok too. Strongly recommend.

We’ve been to Poland before so we were not surprised that we dipped back a few decades at the hotel. Since we were in the town of Boleslawiec, however the reception area is in the bar, no help whatsoever with luggage. Just a girl pointing her finger that way to the stairs and elevator. The elevator worked for one day then broke, was still broke when we left and we had to drag our luggage down three flights of stairs and then up a flight to get to ground level with not one of the staff lifting a finger. We ate dinner at the resteraunt/bar the night we arrived. When we wanted to order dinner we had to get up and ask the waitress to take our order, same with drinks, and our check. It was as if we were a nuisance to the staff.

What an entrance! This is a great place to stay! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feel welcomed. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The art work is awesome, the dining rooms are cozy and overall a great experience. The food was so very good as well! Seriously, the onion bisque here is to die for! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boleslawiec. It's close to downtown, which is done up so nice, and super easy to use as a base when checking out the area. One word of caution, they turn the dining area into a club on Saturday night so if you are a super light sleeper, maybe book your stay during the week😊

Stayed one night just before Christmas. We got there very late, close midnight, everyone was very nice, helpful, I asked for a warm milk for 2 year old, and I got in 5 min. Very nice room, clean, definitely would stay again, price for a family of 5 with the breakfast was very low.
