The hotel is nice, bit out of town, but near the Harenda ski centre. There is a small supermarket just 2 min away, and another one 5 min away, church just across the road. We had the Christmas and New Years Eve packages. The food was brilliant in the restaurant and it was not expensive. For 4 people with drinks would come in a region of £40-£50. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, Christmas Eve dinner was exquisite, they had great entertainment. Breakfasts had good selection and the only down site was the older blond waitress who come across quite rude. The rest of the waiters were very nice and attentive. New Years Eve dinner was great, plenty of food , great selection of hot and cold dishes. DJ and fireworks. Overall it was a good value for money and I would definitely recommend this place.

As is my normal pattern, I arrived in Zakopane and decided to stay for a night. Quick search and I found this place had a room left at a good price. I was surprised how far it was from the centre as I was over riding so took a taxi into town. The place is very big and like a lot of places in Poland , seemed to be over engineered with very heavy timber. Anyway my room was fine, the breakfast was amazing and no weddings that night but two happeing the next day, lucky me.

The rooms are big and clean. The towels are changed every two days. The rooms are not cleaned every day but this,is ok, as this is not a hotel. Good breakfasts, very friendly stuff. Small playground for children outside. I recommend this place. Very good value for money.

Decided to go there after recomendation of local businessmann who has " good taste". Partly ok, Food was excelent, but ALL other tings like service, atmosphare war very very poor. We were with a group of 20 people 3 nation.Event was preordered with choice of menu A or menu B. So generel he best what can happen from organisation point of wiev. English communication with waiters is not possible. People ask them for something and recieved answer in rude polisch. Orders were served with mistakes ( number of preordered A and B were not correct) We were able to order one glas of wine and that's it because Service were busy with serving water, caffe was mad from instand powder the worst quality ever. I will never think to come back and I highly recomend to NOT go there. High quaity food sold on the worst street camping level.
