It is a good hotel for people who likes to spend not much their money. Atmosphere here is like you can expect in mountains: wooden rooms, clean and with comfortable bathroom. Restaurant, when you can eat an usual breakfest. Tasty. Not far from 'Krupówki', the main street in Zakopane, where you can go for some shopping and eat a good dinner. Hot wine and a vodka the cold is for tourist, who like long walking. Here you can find also a cinema. You can back after midnight, although the hotel looks like a private villa. Good for couples or families with little children. Or for the weekend.
Found this Hotel ticked all the right boxes for me a home away from home. Thanks to it being where it is getting to the majority of ski slopes was really easy, just hop on a cheap bus at the front door of the Hotel and get of at the slope. You could even walk to the SZYMOSZKOWA ski centre where you can hire ski's really convenient. Getting to the centre of Zakopane is within walking distance if you fancy a night out or restaurant even though the Hotel can provide dinner if required. I'm planning next years holiday and plan to use the Moszczeniczanka Hotel again highly recommended.
Here are my recommendations for why to stay in Moszczeniczanka is for best: Best value for price! Rooms of larger configurations are not expensive. I feel at home here. Nice atomsfera. Delicious food. Beautiful views of the mountains through the window. We have significant experience booking families at the properties in our portfolio. Moszczeniczanka is on the our list of tried and tested accommodation options. I like this friendly hotel more!
Several years already we stay In Moszczeniczanka during our ski-trip to Zakopane. Every year again we are surprised by the hospitality of the complete staff. The rooms are nice, the food is good and our group enjoys the atmosphere in Moszczeniczanka very much. For the coming years our reservation stands. Rob - Polentravel.nl
I went to Moszczeniczanka with my children who were 5 and 6 years old, and who had never been skiing. The place is all wooden panelled and accommodates groups as well. Rooms are totally clean, with shower and tea kettle. The place is withing 20 minutes walking from the city center (Krupowki and the Market). To ski, there are two very small slopes for total beginners and rental places within 5 minutes by foot. For other locations, one need to take a bus or cab. The road down the hotel is a bit dangerous to cross, but there is a bus stop very close. We did not hear cars at all from our room though. Breakfast and dinner is very largely served, portions are big, food is excellent. When groups are there, they serve a big Swedish table with bread, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and the selection is wide. Prices are the same as in similar pensionates in Zakopane that accommodate groups, and somewhat higher than staying with a private family that has only a few rooms. They went up quite a big in the last years (more than inflation!) but remain interesting for people from Western Europe.…
