This hotel is located on the Main Street and only 5 minutes away from auto bus station, which is perfect for travellers carrying luggage. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They checked the camera of Tatar mountain and Morskie lake daily which helped us to decide when to go up. It also provides warm swimming pool and sauna. It’s an excellent place to stay even though you cannot go out in heavy snow. That’s exactly what happened during our visit there.

Just returned from a 3 day break at Hotel Sabala. Reception staff were excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and spacious and overlooked the street and mountains. Room 413. Breakfast was good with a great selection of food. We had an early check out so was given a packed lunch bag which was a nice touch. My only negatives would be the cold swimming pool. The restaurant staff need to look happier in their work and interact better with guests. But I would thoroughly recommend this hotel due to its location, food and cleanliness.

We stayed at Hotel Sabala for three nights in late September 2022. The staff, especially Magda, was very pleasant and accommodating; for instance, when we had to check out early before the breakfast was being served, they insisted on packing a hearty lunch for us to take on our tour. The location is right on Krupowki street, a short walk from the bus station and near the Gubalowka funicular. Our room was spacious with a glass enclosed sitting area overlooking Krupowki Street. Beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning every day. There was a large selection of items for breakfast; everything we tried was very good. We ate at the Sabala restaurant one night and the traditional food we tried was delicious. We recommend the hotel to anyone traveling through Zakopane.

This is a cosy & compact hotel right on the main street in the centre if this beautiful town. It is clean & well run. You can walk anywhere around town from it's central location. Food wise it's not terribly exciting but that's not a big thing for me in recommending this hotel..Zakopane is stunning. You are right in the middle of it all in Hotel Sabala with no big fuss or production. You will not need your car. I loved the warm ambiance.

We love this Hotel and have stayed here before. It's location is unbeatable, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is quite amazing. However, the bar and restaurant staff come across as unfriendly, rarely interacting often looking miserable. Our last night there was my birthday (62) the staff knew this and then at 8.00pm they stopped serving us and by 9..00 shut everything down. We finished our evening at the Aries Hotel across the road and the difference was immeasurable. We won't be staying at Sabala again which, is really sad.

My wife and I traveled to Zakopane through Krakow and took a long bus ride south thru the countryside. Zakopane is located in the south of Poland near the foothills of the Tatras Mountains. In the winter skiing is the king. In the summer it is more hiking the mountain area. The hotel is bigger than it looks from the front view and has many very nice features. If you are planning a trip look up the hotel on the Internet and see some of the very nice points of the interior. The wedding was wonderful and celebration was great. A perfect Irish/Polish wedding in a very nice hotel.

Stayed here in mid December, as two couples staying in Studio rooms. This is a lovely hotel with a homely and cosy feel. To summarize: Pros: Ladies on reception were very pleasant and helpful. We changed our room as we were under the impression that our room came with a balcony but apparently not all Studios have balconies, but she happily changed our room for us. One of the ladies went above and beyond helping us with booking a tour, and ordering taxis. Everything was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. As is normal for Poland our bed came with extra large pillows and single duvets on a double bed. Breakfast was lovely with sausages, eggs cooked to order, and a selection of breads, cheeses, meats, salads, cereals etc. Our room on the top floor had a large bathroom, with shower and bidet (no bath). Plenty of storage space. Excellent location with some rooms overlooking the main street. Cons: As the rooms are kept lovely and warm, if you open a window be prepared some noise. Our room was ok as did not face onto the main street, but our fellow travellers were disturbed by late night revellers. There is no lift. We were on the top floor which is approx 56 steps up. OK for us as we only had hand luggage and no disabilities. As mentioned our bathroom was huge (Can't remember room number but it was 302 or 304?) It would have been great to have a surface other than under the sink to put toiletries - there was plenty of room for a small table under the sloping ceiling in there which would have been quite useful. Our booking confirmation from an agent mentioned that our room had a laptop safe. Actually there are no safes in the rooms, although there is one in reception I believe. Wifi didn't reach our room very well. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Sabala for a pleasant stay. Hope this is helpful.

Sabala Hotel is located in the heart of the centre. This is a beautiful hotel with walking distance to everything. Typical Zakopane style hotel with beautiful wooden features and excellent views of the Ratra Mountains. Lovely and helpful reception staff. Great atmosphere and excellent restaurant. Absolutely fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful region of Zakopane.
