Good hotel for the price and location, with alright rooms. Located steps from Krupowki, but still nice and quiet, with incredible views from your window. The rooms are average with a definite need for a face lift...
Basic, but perfectly located in the very centre of Zakopane (2min walk from the main street Krupowki). Pleasant staff, most of them can speak good English. Very quiet at night, tasty breakfasts. Overall, nothing...
This is like a kind of cheap annex of the Carlton Hotel. In fact, the reception desk is located in the Carlton. Here the staff is quite friendly and helpful with indications (it's quite hard to find the tourist...
We stayed in the superior room, which was very well presented and clean with a lovely bathroom, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and meant we didn’t have much sleep. I would assume the hotel was a smoking...
The hotel is so nice, it has a prime location. PROS: - Location: the hotel in the middle of Zakopane city center, and it close to all shops. - The rooms are nice, we booked penthouse and it was really cool, we also saw the two bedroom, it was really good for families. - The staff are friendly. - Car parking is available for free. - Spa activities area, pool, massage and CONS: - There is no daily cleaning. - No proper hotel service - No telephone to contact the reception - 1 bath in the two bedroom
