The location is fine, in a quiet neighbourhood, at around 10 min. walk to the city centre. Very small underground parking for 4 cars. Our room with a balcony was of a reasonable size. This hotel of some 30 rooms is around 7 years old and the furniture shows some signs of ageing. The decoration is of chrome steel and...

This hotel was in a great location, had a lovely space, and we enjoyed the fantastic balconies. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to the main shopping street. Lots of restaurants nearby and a great fruit market.

We had a lovely room overlooking the valley area in Zakopane. The room and hotel is modern with Polish style, like crystal lamps in your room. The customer service was very good. The breakfast was outstanding... probably one of the best we had during our time in central europe! Overall a great hotel in a very good location. Easy walking...

BAD, BAD, BAD, Do not stay at this hotel, it’s rated with 5 stars, I have no idea how this hotel got its rating, the service staff is awful, there is no pool, and climate controls systems are barely working. There are plenty more affordable, and better hotels around the area, shop around and you won’t have to go thru...

Stayed for 3 days here during Winter. Great little hotel as we got a good discounted price. Funky rooms in typical Polish gawdy fashion. Breakfast qas very good in terms of selection. My only gripe is check in early if you have a car as the outside parking area is usually full so had to park in the underneath garage...

First of all let me state very clearly, this is NOT a 5-star hotel, rather a good 4-star hotel. There is no concierge service, no bell-boy (luggage service), limited amenities in the rooms, and the reception staff cannot recommend or help with restaurant bookings in Zakopane (e.g. the receptionist could not think of ANY bars to recommend in Zakopane, and...

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. The sofa bed was considered to be uncomfortable by one of my companions and another bed was provided the second day. Very good location. Central but very quiet. It does appear to be in the middle of a building site at present, but this didn't effect our stay.

Our stay was just awesome, we left super relaxed. Booked the hotel through their website and thanks to this got a discounted price and a complimentary dinner for two. The staff was attentive and willing to help. The room was immaculate: modern interior, large bathroom and super clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious, they change the menu, so you won't get...
