Nice and clean rooms. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. An atmospheric swimming pool and jacuzzi available to guests. The location is a bit on the side of Zakopane, but there is no problem in getting to the center.

We stayed in Willa Helan with our family in February 2020 and I can say that it was the best choice ever! First of all it is easy to get to, there is a big parking lot right near the hotel as well. A friendly receptionist met us, she answered all of our questions and helped us get around the city and hotel. We stayed in the room 311 and it had a magnificent view over the mountains. The room itself was very cozy and clean. We ordered a dinner, for an extra price, at the Hotel Restaurant and it was delicious. After having a meal we went to spa, which was great too. A large swimming pool, different types of sauna, whirling bath and a little pool for kids: all this ensures a wonderful time for people of all ages. We had lots of fun and didn't leave the spa till the end of the opening hours (about 10 pm) In the morning we went to the breakfast buffet ( which was included in the price of accommodation). There was a wide choice of food, everything was fresh, tasty and well served. At about 10 am we had out check-out and said Goodbye to this amazing hotel. I totally advise Willa Helan for a winter vacation to everyone: families, couples, groups of friends and even if you are alone you won't be bored, here you can always have some fun and enjoy your time.

Lovely looking hotel....good breakfast. Off the beaten track and hard to find. Wifi bad if you are staying in a standard double room (which was VERY small, and the double bed pressed against a wall, so only 1 way off it). Room has a balcony...but it was facing a courtyard which was used for building work, starting at 8am!...No great views of the mountains had. They also seemed to have just 1 person on the bar duties and reception duties, who sometime disappeared for amounts of time, so no service available from both! Also we nicknamed the young lady behind the bar/reception as "Sour Face"....as she never smiled or greeted you in a happy manner! The hotel had a room available for buffet breakfast, but offered no other food throughout the rest of the day

I have recently stayed for 5 nights whilst attending a Euro Lambretta rally nearby We had an excellent room with a great view and balcony to sit on the evening to watch the sun go down. At breakfast the usual continental choice One small niggle every day the beds were made up and bins emptied But they did not replace the tea and coffee making bits and pieces.

We are just back from a 6 day stay here. I was with my daughter and we were really happy with our stay. Hotel was clean room too.The girls in reception had good English and were very helpful throughout out stay. A bit out of town but away from the main tourist area, which was not a bad thing. a car would have been handy but taxi were cheap. €5/6 to the centre. The vue from out balcony was super too. We would go back.

Location - it is a little way out of the centre - about 3km but if you go left out of the hotel and turn right at the main road there is a bus stop Breakfast was very good, although only instant coffee was included in the package. If you wanted a 'real' coffee at breakfast, that was extra. The hotel is good value for money. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cleaning service cleans rooms everyday.

I stayed here with a group of friends in the summer. The hotel is situated down a narrow residential road off the main road but has a big, free car park. The reception is small and only had 1 person checking us in but as she spoke good English, check-in was hassle-free. The room was small with wood everywhere but clean and countryside-like. We had a nice view and a balcony. The wardrobe was small so not much space when sharing and staying for a few days. Very basic room and a little cramped. The dining area was big with small and large tables for eating with friend. Also many outdoor seating for eating outside in the heat. The breakfast was lovely and adequate with a good variety for choice. The bar also had a good selection. There are lifts for use and a room opposite the dining area with games.
