It has very good location: next to aqua park, close to railway & bus station and with walking distance to Krupowki street. The hotel is modern, well designed with comfortable rooms and furniture. Some rooms have The Giewont pike view. Hotel has its own 2 saunas and small but well equipped gym. There is a corridor connecting the hotel with the aqua park. Hotel’s guests get ‘watches’ allowing 1 h per day free entrance to the aqua park. In the rooms there are slippers, towels and dressing-gown for use in aqua park where there are dedicated lockers for hotel’s guests. Food is generally good with local accents (local traditional dishes, cheeses etc.) and with good choice. All personnel and guests obey the COVID-19 protection rules. Rooms are only cleaned on request and disinfected after each stay. The only weak point is that the hotel has much too small parking & garage for the number of rooms/guests.

Me and Partner visited this hotel for 3 days. We wanted to experience what Zakopane had to offer.

From pictures and reviews we chose Aquarion as it looked lovely and modern.

Our stay started very negatively with a really overcrowded car park, we found a spot after around 45 minutes of waiting. These spots are also 40zl per 24hours to park in.
However check in was a breeze, quick and to the point. Room was very spacious and modern, bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows provided.
I phoned reception to request some toothpaste and potentially conditioner after using the aqua park but was told they didn’t have any. I requested a EU to UK plug adaptor but was also told they don’t have any. For a 4 star hotel i was really disappointed by there not being any toiletries.
Breakfast was very good, crowded at the weekend but a wide variety of foods and drinks.

The aqua park was amazing and the reception helpful the direct connection makes it super comfortable to get around. Cleaning staff were great and super helpful.

Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone but like stated if driving in patience is key with parking and make sure you bring your toothbrush and toothpaste.

Hotel at the highest level. Very nice service. What we see in the photos when booking is exactly what we find on site. Delicious food, huge selection. Dinners include several main courses, three types of soups, snack platters, desserts, sweet rolls, cakes and much, much more. Additionally, delicious soup for children two families before dinner. Beautiful restaurant with a view of the mountains. The room was fragrant and clean, as was the bathroom. The bed is comfortable, extra thick, quite hard (in my opinion, that's how it should be). The only thing I could complain about are the thick, much too thick sleeping pillows. However, I know that this is the norm in hotels, so I always take pillows from home for the children. The sofa bed could have a better mattress. And there could be more channels on TV. Apart from that, nothing is missing. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, tea and coffee making facilities, washing cosmetics, children's sleds for rent. The only thing that leaves a bad taste is the price of the drinks in the minibar. Personally, I think that if the value of these products was included in the price of the stay and the guest could reach for a drink in the room without having to look at the very excessive price, it would be much nicer. Parking available in the basement, the price is quite high, but acceptable if someone wants their car to be safe and warm. Hotel in a good location, a few minutes' walk to Krupówki. A very nice swimming pool, everything that should be in a swimming pool: slides, various depth levels, attractions for children, several jacuzzi bathtubs, a warm paddling pool for children and, of course, outdoor thermal baths with hot water. A plus for guests passing from the hotel, without queues, in bathrobes. We will definitely come back and recommend.

Room cleaning is on request due to covid yet cleaning staff and many guests are maskless. The adjoining water park has signs at the entrance that masks are required but are not as ignored by 90% of those entering. One of the only pools in Poland I have seen that swim caps are not required as so there is lots of hair. Showers are also not required and while in the outside hot tub 3 older men entered the pool without showering and proceded to wash their arm pits in the tub while the lifeguards looked on, so its normal I guess. Today I had dinner here in the hotel and before even getting up to the buffet I was given the bill with no oportunity to get a drink. Finally, sitting and listening to a few guests hacking and coughing really causes some concern.

This is a great hotel for a family. We had a family suite that was very large and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The kids were on a pull-out sofa bed and found that the mattress was very thin and they could feel the springs. Other than that, we did not have any complaints. The bathroom was very large. There were TVs both in the bedroom area and the living area. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! The kids loved making their own Belgian waffles and the topping bar for that (and the pancakes) had everything! Peanut butter, fruit and regular syrups, chocolate chips, whipped cream, everything! There was also an omelette bar and several area of fruit, vegetables and hot and cold items. This is obviously a family hotel as the buffet offered plastic plates and utensils for young kids, as well as a small little table and chairs for them to sit in.

The best part is that you can use the connected walkway to walk to the thermal baths. The hotel gives you wrist bands that allow you to scan right in and there are reserved lockers for the hotel and your wrist band opens up your private locker that corresponds to your room number. My 9 and 11 year old kids loved all the slides at the thermal baths.

We took the opportunity to get out into nature and do a nearby hike. It was gorgeous! I just wish we had planned more than one night at this hotel!

The hotel is really good.
Room was big and nicely furnished, with balcony and nice view from it.
There is sauna in a hotel (finnish sauna and steam sauna), which is a very nice thing, after walking in the mountains.
Breakfast was spacious, with a selection of hot meals, variety of omletes and scrumbled eggs. Also it was possible to cook belgian waffles for yourself on the spot.
Also, it is possible to go to aquapark from hotel.

I stayed in this hotel on October 24.
I was expecting a bit more from this hotel.
Location is great 15 min away from famous town centre .
Compare to other 4 stars hotels I've already been ,this hotel needs more improvement.
Souna was not working during my stay and it was two small for this massive hotel.
Steam room has capacity of only 3 person at the time.
Relaxing are too small.
If you come by your own car , you've got to pay £12 parking charge every night which was disappointing.
No fresh fruit juice on the breakfast menu.
Not even bottle of waters...
Options on the breakfast are limited.
Do not count on the souna and spa area. Really disappointing.
Tea and coffee set so basic.
Toiletries in the bathroom not really complete .

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk from the train station. There's a Biedronka store very close to the hotel, which is also a huge plus. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. We arrived before check-in time, but they still checked us in, which saved our child's afternoon nap. For this, we are especially grateful to the hotel staff. I travel periodically for work and have tried many breakfasts in different countries around the world, and this hotel has the best breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. There was an iron in the room, which is a great luxury by the standards of other European hotels. We also visited the hotel's water park, which was very convenient. When we checked out, the receptionist gave us vouchers. Thanks a lot!

2 stars only for breakfast and helpful, friendly service. Parking is a disaster PLN 80 per day xD the rooms are fine as long as you don't look under the bed (bottles and fries left by previous guests). The playground is past its glory days... the price is not adequate to the quality...

I booked the hotel at very short notice to extend my stay in Zakopane.

The room has a balcony with a view of the mountains. There were even extra towels in the room to take to the neighboring thermal baths.

Regarding the thermal baths: there is direct access to the thermal baths via the 2nd floor, but you can only book day tickets or hourly tickets. I always booked the evening ticket for 39 zloty (1.5 hours from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Walking across the parking lot to the thermal baths is perfect.

Breakfast was delicious. You can bake your own waffles and have omelettes baked to order.

I would love to come back.
