We stayed in the hotel 3 nights. 15 people. Ages 1year to 92. Everything was perfect. Excellent food, direct connection to the Aqua Park with robes you get in the hotel. The park is amazing. Covered. Hot water. All kinds of slides, outer pool very romantic, food and beverages. If you don't like to get wet, just go to the lovely playing area. For all ages. The price is so reasonable... 15 minutes walk to the main street. Or by taxi. Shops, restaurants, and especially for us- snow. On April. We took the short train to Gubalowska summit.Amazing view, market, restaurants. Paradise for kids.Take at least 3 days

Excellent hotel busy with families and many children. Hotel provides white towel robes and slippers plus easy access to aquatic centre, Aquapark. There are 2 saunas and a small gym. Walking distance to restos and cafes or shopping. Tv had only polish tv channels, no foreign languages. Buffet dinner was satisfactory.

Room cleaning is on request due to covid yet cleaning staff and many guests are maskless. The adjoining water park has signs at the entrance that masks are required but are not as ignored by 90% of those entering. One of the only pools in Poland I have seen that swim caps are not required as so there is lots of hair. Showers are also not required and while in the outside hot tub 3 older men entered the pool without showering and proceded to wash their arm pits in the tub while the lifeguards looked on, so its normal I guess. Today I had dinner here in the hotel and before even getting up to the buffet I was given the bill with no oportunity to get a drink. Finally, sitting and listening to a few guests hacking and coughing really causes some concern.

I absolutely reccommend Aquarion Hotel in Zakopane. Located very close to the centre of the city with a wonderful view of the mountains. Delicious food, nice service, really comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped rooms.

It has very good location: next to aqua park, close to railway & bus station and with walking distance to Krupowki street. The hotel is modern, well designed with comfortable rooms and furniture. Some rooms have The Giewont pike view. Hotel has its own 2 saunas and small but well equipped gym. There is a corridor connecting the hotel with the aqua park. Hotel’s guests get ‘watches’ allowing 1 h per day free entrance to the aqua park. In the rooms there are slippers, towels and dressing-gown for use in aqua park where there are dedicated lockers for hotel’s guests. Food is generally good with local accents (local traditional dishes, cheeses etc.) and with good choice. All personnel and guests obey the COVID-19 protection rules. Rooms are only cleaned on request and disinfected after each stay. The only weak point is that the hotel has much too small parking & garage for the number of rooms/guests.

The hotel is really good. Room was big and nicely furnished, with balcony and nice view from it. There is sauna in a hotel (finnish sauna and steam sauna), which is a very nice thing, after walking in the mountains. Breakfast was spacious, with a selection of hot meals, variety of omletes and scrumbled eggs. Also it was possible to cook belgian waffles for yourself on the spot. Also, it is possible to go to aquapark from hotel.

Me and Partner visited this hotel for 3 days. We wanted to experience what Zakopane had to offer. From pictures and reviews we chose Aquarion as it looked lovely and modern. Our stay started very negatively with a really overcrowded car park, we found a spot after around 45 minutes of waiting. These spots are also 40zl per 24hours to park in. However check in was a breeze, quick and to the point. Room was very spacious and modern, bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows provided. I phoned reception to request some toothpaste and potentially conditioner after using the aqua park but was told they didn’t have any. I requested a EU to UK plug adaptor but was also told they don’t have any. For a 4 star hotel i was really disappointed by there not being any toiletries. Breakfast was very good, crowded at the weekend but a wide variety of foods and drinks. The aqua park was amazing and the reception helpful the direct connection makes it super comfortable to get around. Cleaning staff were great and super helpful. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone but like stated if driving in patience is key with parking and make sure you bring your toothbrush and toothpaste.

We stayed in this hotel in the executive apartment (2 adults + 2 kids 2 and 6 yo) during February half term. There are so many good things about this hotel: - nice decor, good internet, smart TV - 2 separate toilets in the apartment (very handy) - really good food and waffles for breakfast - direct access to the aquapark - not overcrowded, meal times were a pleasure - play room for kids on the 6th floor Now to the worst thing that nearly ruined my holiday. The sofa bed. I don't think I have ever slept on anything so uncomfortable. Considering that the hotel is high end and the rest of furniture (including the main bed) are of good quality and very comfortable I cannot understand why on earth would you equip your apartments (designed to sleep 4 people) with such terrible sofa beds! The mattress on the bed was 5cm thick. Not even my 2 year old slept well on it. I had to ask for 2 extra duvets to try to pad it. Invest in high quality mattress toppers for those rooms as having a good sleep on your holidays is important!

I visited here with my significant other for a three night stay. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and thankfully there’s a 24hr reception and on site parking that is chargeable per day (40zl (£8)) but added to your room bill. As a guest, it’s a shame it’s not free. The hotel itself is stunning in the inside. Very clean, modern, a lovely, large bed that was very comfy and WiFi in the rooms as well as a small minibar with water, soft drinks, alcohol and some snacks (all chargeable). There is tea/coffee facility in the room, however, being English, I enjoy milk in both my tea and coffee yet this was missing. My partner called reception to request some and was diverted to the restaurant. Whoever she spoke to sounded like it was too much effort for them and informed us that there would also be a service charge of 25zl (£5), needless to say, we didn’t bother!! We had breakfast included and we were very pleasantly surprised at the vast choice of food available. Cooked breakfast, waffles, pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, salads, pretty much anything you could ask for & very very tasty too. One evening, after walking in the mountains, we couldn’t be bothered to walk anywhere else as we were knackered and already ready for bed, so decided to order some room service, just a pot of tea, milk and cheesecake. We were aware of the service charge for this. Again though the staff were very abrupt and sounded pissed off that they had to do this. My partner asked how long it would be and was answered with a rude, “When it’s ready”. We finally got it after an hour, but did look and taste very nice. The hotel is located only a 10 min walk to the main town and there are plenty of places to eat and drink, nearby. It’s also well placed for local mountains and skiing. If you want to venture into the local town for something to eat, I’d highly recommend The Sphinx. Excellent food with good portions and very affordable; excellent staff too. It was so good, we went there for 2 consecutive nights. To surmise, the hotel is gorgeous and the food lovely. It’s just a shame it’s let down by some of the staff.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with the wife and family in August. New, clean and comfortable hotel steps away from town center and train/buses. Aqua park is connected to the hotel so very convenient for the kids to go back and forth. Good food and friendly staff. The parking situation is awful. Rarely any open spots outside and very small parking garage with tight spots under the hotel that is for pay.
