I highly recommend this place for a shorter or longer stay in Zakopane. We stayed in a spacious, very comfortable apartment on the ground floor, equipped with everything needed (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster etc.). A great place for families with children. Its design brings additional value: furniture, colors, a set of dishes - everything fits together. From the window there is a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Willa Leluja is just lovely. And Kinga made our stay so comfortable! We were delighted by the lovely real Christmas tree, fabulous kitchen and beautiful decor. We had the very spacious 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 5. From this location it was easy for half the family to walk to the ski slopes in 5 minutes and the other half to walk to the Christmas market which was fabulous. Kinga treated all her guests to bakery (not packaged) cookies in the appartment and at the coffee station. We were able to pull together a gourmet Christmas Eve dinner with her suggestions from the catering service in town. Highly recommend!

Amenities of the apartment were really rich. Coffee maker in the room and in the lobby, chocolate for children, towel exchange, spacious living room, terrace. There were five of us, plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very helpful, with excellent communication before arrival and during our stay. We have also used the services of a ski school, an instructor for child and adult, the quality/price balance is very good, we were able to get to the ski lift in about 6 minutes on foot (Polana Szymoszkowa), to the city about 12-14 minutes.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with fabulous mountain views. The apartment was very stylish, comfortable, spacious and incredibly clean. 10 minute walk to main street Krupowki and base of Gubalowka. Easy parking.

We were staying for 7 nights in the double room with separate entrance which was convenient as we could not hear other guests.The room was cosy , beds comfortable , it was fitted with a little fridge which I was finding really handy. If you are looking for a room with a view I would definitely recommend this one. The breakfast was served in the main house from 8.15am but if you are planning to leave earlier it is not a problem for the host to prepare it for you. In the front of the house there is a parking for appropriately 5-6 cars, It takes appropriately 10min to get to the centre of Zakopane. 5 min walking from the house is a swimming pool with the greatest view you can wish for. I would recommend this place for couples and families.

Clean apartment with all facilities. Our hostess, Kinga, could not have been more helpful.She advised about walking (limited at that time of year), transport and restaurants. Good accommodation good breakfasts about 20 minutes walk from centre (less if you walk next to the dual carriageway but that would be a bit grim)."

We stayed in villa Leluja this October and had a great time there. The place is charming and cozy, with great views over Zakopane and the Tatras. Mrs Kinga, the owner was very pleasant and helped us with any request we had.
Will surely recommend villa Leluja to all our friends in their future visits to Zakopane.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect-the rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking and the beds were super comfortable. The hostess was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations for food (make sure you try the sopa restaurant!) And drinks. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the house that will take you to the centre of town. If I ever visit Zakopane again I'll be staying here.

Stayed in the newly created 2 bedroom family apartment. Very clean and modern with lots of space. Full kitchen and nice breakfast table with view of the snowy mountains. I would highly recommend this apartment for any family to stay in. The owner Kinga is full of information about the local area and is very helpful in organising anything for you.
