In June with temps in their 30's you need aircon. First room we were given was lovely but for some reason no aircon? Swapped straight away for a twin room that was not as nice but with superb aircon and in truth was perfectly acceptable. Speaking not one word of Polish was a bit of a problem but generally we soldiered through. The staff were friendly courteous and efficient. In short this is a lovely hotel in quite simply stunning surroundings. No excuse to go hungry at breakfast and good quality tasty and very reasonably priced bar food in the evening. Constructive criticism time. Please. When you supply tea making facilities please supply milk, tea and coffee. I don't mind paying for them but to not be available is a let down. Internet works but only just. It's free so cannot complain but please offer a premium service. Again, I don't mind paying for the extras if they are good. And my one and only real moan, with the hotel being a pet friendly hotel guests fetching their pooch should be instructed in their duty of care. We had one couple that would leave their pooch in the room unattended and the poor thing did nothing but whine and cry. Staff tried to find it but as per sods law whenever they tried it would stop. At eleven at night when you're trying to bed down and all you can hear is a dog crying in a neighbouring room is very very annoying. £3 per day parking charge is a bit cheeky.…
No service whatsoever, rooms like from 1980’s nothing to enjoy, no car park or if there is one you have to pay extra, really noisy place, have to wait on reception for 30 min to be seen. Not coming back!!
Great food, rooms with fridges, but with too few pieces of furniture to comfortably unpack yourself. Service is pretty various. In my opinion the thing that was just not ok was not giving any compensation for my rebooking. I informed hotel service about rebooking with 1 roomday profit for the hotel, about 2 weeks earlier. They ignored me totally, even if I contacted them few times. I did not demand any cash return, an additional hot meal would be enough for me.
the hotel is nicely renovated ie the lobby, corridors, premium rooms are renovated, nice and large enough, there is a sauna (for free) and a gym, bar with a dance floor, spa services, standard rooms are small and not yet renovated but good enough to for a good stay. Food is amazing as well is the service.
Noise! Disco every night in restaurant and noise from the lift allocated just by the room made a lot of noise through all night. Double rooms are actually twins and looks like haven't been changed or redecorated for last 20 years maybe good for school holiday but definitely not for a couple. Internet didn't work at all. Additional charge for parking 15 PLN( £3) per day seems a lot. Disco every night in the restaurant so no way to have nice and quiet meal. I've tried to stay out of this place for as long as I could, coming back only to get sleep. I've moved to different hotel during my stay as couldn't relax. Not coming back for sure!
