I’ve been in several 4 - star hotels in various cities but this was by far the best. The rooms were neat and tidy. The staff were superb throughout from checking to checkout. The breakfast buffet was probably the best that I’ve ever had anywhere with a vast array of hot and cold dishes, meats salads, vegetables,cereals,fruit etc. Yes I can heartily recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located few km from the Ustron centre next to other hotels and close to the hospital. The hotel has a basic restaurant serving Swedish table breakfasts. There is also bar/coffee. The rooms in 4* part of the hotel are well equipped with modern design and clean. There are small balconies one can sit and admire Czantoria mountain view. Wi-Fi in the hotel is good. Unfortunately, the parking lot is too small for the amount of guests so it is very hard to find a free spot. Spa is a “big word” as the hotel has small swimming pool, very basic fitness (small and just few machines) and not much more.

We stayed in the 4* part of the hotel, our room was spacious and well appointed. My toddler daughter loved all the activities. It is not a spa hotel, rather a family friendly resort. Perfect for families with kids, we will definitely come back. Food was really good, restaurant staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Great value for the money. We had wonderfull room on the ground floor with entrance to the garden. Very nice kids playground outside and nice big indoor playground as well. As I go through other reviews, yes you have to read!!! it has 3 star 4 star part- we stayed in the 4 ( I don't know what are the differences). The food was excellent- small choice, but everything I tasted was made with one michelin star :)). Only minus was the small pool and the pool area was small as well. But great for nature and walks, hikes, visit the small village of Ustron etc. I would recommend and definitely would like to come back again.

Who likes and is looking for the EUROPEAN international standard SPA (Salus Per Aqua) has no to come here! This hotel simply is a children and family hotel with no SPA structure at all! I booked 2 rooms for 5 days (but only 1 in the 4 star the 2nd was into the 3star.). At the check in the receptionist required the full payment in advance (unbelievable!) giving us 1 electronic key for 2 person only, and just after my pressing released the 2nd. When in the room (in a very hot week) the temperature was impossible and no air condition but a nice fan only (unbelievable it's a standard in the 4 star everywhere). By the way there is in the 3 star room... The switch and the light lamp were at the pillow level in the middle of the mattress (unbelievable!). Trying to drink something I found closed the bar fridge: it can be opened by the floor responsible only (but the day after!). Coming to the SPA: the picture show a perfect swimming pool but it's really really small and plenty of children. Even the area for countercurrent swimming was all the time used by childrens and grandma for water massage (😆) and nobody was controlling. So I payed such as the other families but I couldn't use the swimming pool at all 😱! The unique sauna is small and with continuous passage of people looking the place (😝). The last 2 days as was raining I decided (even having paid) to come back as the hotel wasn't offering services respect to the mass of people(😱). The restaurant is small respect to the peak of people, especially for the breakfast: the 2 machines for coffee were taking an average of 2 or more minutes to give one coffee, which means or no coffee or the most of the time standing in the queue... And when finally the coffee was ready... Unfortunately Very bad taste! You have to come for The dinner very early or no choice even at 2 star level... Unfortunately this chain (Diament) is actually costing similarly to the EU level but with the half services. I suggest to the hotel direction to visit and spend time in other EU chains (I.e. Falkensteiner, Blu , Melia, Tryp, Paradores etc) to understand and solve their gap. …

What I liked about the hotel was nice panoramic view of Beskidy mountains from the room and the area around the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not deserve 4* (I was staying in the 4* part). The room does not have AC, cleaning was very basic, mini bar was locked, the noise from other rooms could be heard loudly through the walls. The breakfast was ok but the food quality did not meet the standard of a 4* hotel. The queue to the coffee machine was sometimes for about 10 min. The a la carte restaurant is way overpriced. The pasta I ordered was overcooked and had too much oil in it. The swimming pool is too small for such big hotel, it was not possible to swim most of the time. The spa treatments are also quite expensive, but the hotel does a lot of promotions for some of the treatments.…

I'll begin with a fair warning. Unlike advertised, the hotel is split into two parts - a 3-star side and a 4-star side - this was not made clear on the website and even the 3-star rating is generous. On the 3 star side of the hotel, we barely fit 3 people in the one lift which was accessible to us. The rooms were not clean with crumbs and nut shells scattered on the floor. In addition, there was a foul smell in the room which made it hard to relax. We were expecting beautiful scenery but instead got a room with the mesmerising view of a chimney and parking lot. The time spent here was really meant to be centred around the spa as on the website they make a real effort to advertise the 'amazing' facilities available at the spa as well as the numerous massages and procedures available, however, when we arrived the spa was closed to which we were given no warning. The pool was very overcrowded and the gym facilities were certainly over-exaggerated on their website. Overall I am seriously disappointed with my stay - considering also that for polish standards this hotel certainly wasn't cheap. Perhaps the one good thing I have to say about this hotel is that the staff made a real effort to be helpful.…

The hotel has a great restaurant with delicous food/ maybe a little pricey. We had room right on the ground with entrance to the garden- awesome. We could walk to the swimming pook directly from the room. Kids playground is excelent( also the inside one). I was beyond satisfied with the hotel- food, parking, wifi, kids activities, location, servicies. Maybe the pool will be in summer a bit crowded b/c of the size.

We have stayed in the hotel as a group of friends and family, total of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 infants . The hotel is in a lovely location, have fantastic view from the balconies, great facilities for adults and kids ( swimming pool , sauna , jacuzzi, play ground , bar , nice terrace , pool table , sun loungers outside , nicely and comfortably decorated and furnished rooms etc ... ) .... but this wasn't enough to account for the poor behaving staff and poor or lack of customer service ! Where to start ... 1) checking in process took 48mins ! Nowhere in the world I spend more than 10mins checking in and with 2 months and 8 months old babies this is surely something everyone would like to avoid . Ladies at the reception where very slow and confused with everything, there were issues with payments , deposits , invoices etc and in the end we were over charged by 20zl and asked to get done sweets or crisps ! Lol ! As they couldn't give us our 20zl back ... crazy ! 2) when receptionist was asked until what time the pool is open while she was talking about the towel card ( for far too long ! ) she responded in quite a bad manner ' I haven't finished explaining yet ! ' and has not answered the question ! Wow how rude is that ! 3) when we eventually walked into our room there was around 40 degrees as the windows were closed and curtains open all day ... - and surprise there , 4 star hotel , in Poland where temperatures can be extremely hot has got no air conditioning! When we have asked about the air conditioning at the reception, ad we have had a 2 month old baby who would struggle in this temperature we have been told that there is no sit conditioning in rooms , but we don't have to worry AA nights are cool ! Our brother in law asked for our room to be changed for a cooler one ... and yes it was changed for a slightly cooler and bigger room ... but he had to pay additional 300zl for this - which I find extraordinary and completely out of order to charge for the room swap in this situation ! 4) the mini bars in the rooms are all locked ! Again ... I have not seen this anywhere else in the world - and on the last day lady came in at 9am to check the bar to see if we haven't used anything ... how ?!?! 5) on day one when I was with the baby in the room and went to the balcony for a minute , on my return I found a maintenance guy in the room when my baby was ... he just walked in ! 6) same guy has advised my mother in law to use a clothes hanger to block the door temporarily when she wants to go out as her key card wasn't working due to the system error ! 4 star hotel ? 7) bar open till 10pm ... and rude bar staff who wasn't there half a time as apparently was also helping out in the kitchen ... 8) when my partner walked into the restaurant with the sleeping baby in his arms at 10.15am ( buffet breakfast open till 10.30am ) he was asked by the staff member to make sure he comes earlier for breakfast ! 9) .... I could write some more examples but I think that's enough , all in all the impression everyone have that everyday that was diverging not right . Sorry but been to many hotels and this is surely not the 4 star service or not even 3 ! Definite lack of customer service which is a Shame as this. Oils be a fantastic hotel and place for people to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings . Sorry , we will not he returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone . …
