We had a fabulous time in the Olympic. The staff are wonderful - helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is delicious and a huge variety of fresh and tasty dishes. The room was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. We even got the bed for the baby without being charged extra. The swimming pool is modern and looks very good. There are two playrooms for the kids - great. I highly recommend this hotel to the families with kids.
We stayed for 6 nights in the Deluxe room with kitchen. Breakfast is wonderful and varied with COVID19 safety taken into account. The spa is new and small, but still enjoyable as it was never crowded. The A La Cart menu didn't have much choice but there were plenty of places to eat and we could self cater. Ustron has plenty of Polish cuisine which is nicer than eating Italian which seems to dominate most places in Poland. The location of this hotel is great. It's in the town and right next to the beautiful Vistula river. This was our first stop of a 3 week tour of Poland and we felt very settled here! Definitely a 5 star hotel!!
Hotel located in the centre of Ustroń by the Vistula river offers comfortable rooms, big enough parking lot (partly roofed) to accommodate all visitors’ cars. Wellness is small e.g. 10 x4 m swimming pool, 2 saunas (dry and wet), Jacuzzi. Additionally there are 2 bowling lanes, billiard, table-soccer free of charge for guests. There are couple of bars and dedicated rooms for conferences, parties etc. The food served in the hotel was really tasty and fresh. Drinks were good too and the people working there were very kind and supportive.
I had a very nice (not very big) room with a huge terrace. The stuff is excellent and they all do their best so that the guests really enjoy their time at the hotel. Free parking. Very good breakfast. Great location of the hotel. Good point to start hiking in the mountains or along the bank of the river.
Great property with very accommodating staff in a terrific Ustron location. Very convenient to local rail and the spa, restaurant, and garden/terrace areas are top-notch. Parking was easy with the token gate system. If you'd like an iron/ironing board, make sure to ask at the front desk.
Fanastic and relaxing luxury hotel. We stayed there with two kids in the new part of the hotel, close to the wellness area. Very clean, comforable rooms. Great breakfasts delivered to our room, on the balcony overlooking the river. The Artemida restaurant in our opinion should offer a wider range of regional dishes.
We were traveling with family 2+2 and we found this hotel. Room was big enough for all of us, our kids got mascots so there were happy. Hotel staff was always really helpful with all requests we asked. Breakfast was really tasty, with some local specialties ( cheese etc). The spa area is not so big, but sufficient to spend there a couple of hours. Hotel is family friendly for sure. There are two rooms where kids can play, there are some activities for kids organized by the hotel. Everything is clean and new. We had a great time there.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights while on a business trip. Everything seemed to be working fine, no surprises. Very nice and clean room (except the window view - onto the roof of the restaurant) - so remember to ask for a room with Vistula River view. Hotel has a swimming pool, relatively small but very nice and with a sound of a waterfall resulting from its smart design - you need to see it. The Finnish sauna and roman bath are there, too. Modern, nice, clean, never crowded. Excellent breakfasts - great choice and very tasty. But best of all - nothing has made as mad, as it often happens at some hotels. Olympic Hotel has a competent staff, is well managed and we will stay there again when visiting Ustron next time.
Nice hotel. Clean. Good service. Breakfast without problem . No problem with parking. Clean rooms. Did not use wellness, due to my working programm, but hotel offers pool and wellness. Meeting rooms flexibel regarding size.
The positive: Great location, new building, great tasting and free breakfast, free parking, easy access, right next to the river, bars and restaurants across the street. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The negative: Very small rooms looking more like a dorm than a 4-star hotel, tiny bathroom including the shower, very little counter top space, hairdryer that barely blows the air, no coffee maker in the room. Very expensive bar that closes at 8pm daily. No gym or pool. Tips: Save yourself money and go to Tete-A-Tete across the street for dinner and drinks. They are VERY reasonable and accommodating.
