Stayed at this lovely 3 star hotel for 9 nights recently, yes it is a lovely hotel in a location close to most local facilities including a great shopping centre. The staff are polite and friendly and serve a great breakfast in the restaurant. We had to ask the maid to change our sheets as the room is not well looked after, also we had to take tea bags from the restaurant at breakfast due to the ones in the room not being replaced. The room we had was quiet at the side of the property, but the air conditioning in the room was switched off and not working and one of the window blinds would not go all the way down, so the room was flooded with daylight every morning. Although this hotel is close to our relatives, with good parking facility, we would not stay here again when next in Tarnow, because of the above issues. …

Great place for bussines and privat trip. Nice and helpfull service in reception, especialy Ms. Monika, clean and comfortable room, lovely food. Quiet all arround. Good balance between service standard and price.

Restaurant here served really good and reasonably priced local dishes. Menu is well set with a decent variety of choices. Nice selection of alcoholic beverages too. There are only few tables available, so atmosphere is rather cosy and pretty laid back. Overall, well worth a visit.

I have been several times to this Hotel now and I am always happy to stay there. The staff is very friendly and nothing is to much for them. Also the restaurant is very good. Nice polish dishes and they serve also a very good steak.

I spent there 2 nights with my family and we booked 3 double rooms. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. The rooms were very clean, cozy and a/c is available. Breakfast (in a recently renovated restaurant) was exquisite. We have gluten allergies and the staff was very accommodating by providing a variety of gluten free bread and gf corn flakes. We also enjoyed delicious lunch (chlodnik was to die for!) There is a lovely patio and you can relax outside. The hotel is about 10 min car drive from rynek I highly recommend it.

If you ever have a reason to stay over in Tarn'ow, Poland stay at this Hotel. Small, cozy, excellent personalized service. A wonderful restaurant with excellent fresh cooked meals. A beautiful facility and building. Reasonably priced.

Hotel is clean, located about 2 miles from the city centre. Reasonably priced rooms, cook makes a great effort to make food presentable and nice. Quite location. Have potential to improve lots more and make it more appealing. Most of the staff provides a good customer service but for one particular mature female member of staff. When she was on duty, customers had little choice. She would not bother to ask or provide customers with hot breakfast at all, instead keep her self busy browsing the internet! During my four day stay I noticed her service was the same ( not so good) to other customers too. If she can improve her customer service to the standard of other workers I am happy to give this hotel 8.7 out of 10. Gemani shopping center is about 15min walk. (by Terry from England)…
