This hotel is situated about 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. We had a balcony, too. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is not free.

Located just off the A4 motorway and close to fuel stations and food shops, it had plenty of parking but you do have to pay a small fee. Evening and morning reception staff were very friendly and helpful and both spoke English. They helped me with printing of some documents I needed for my next leg of my journey thank you for that. Room was large and clean with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a good strong hot shower. They had a good strong wi-fi in all parts of teh hotel. The restaurant was open and served a good selection of food and 10 out of 10 for the waitress who spoke perfect English and explained the menu making for a nice meal. The breakfast buffet was the best I have see in a hotel with a very large selection to suit everyone’s taste. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in the area as it was a well priced hotel with friendly helpful staff and a god restaurant.

Hotel was OK - not great but not bad. AC would not work with remote and staff finally got it working. Sheets on bed are very rough and scratchy. Towels are very rough - need to be upgraded and softened. Breakfast choices were good and tasted good as well. Staff friendly. Location is at least a 20 minute walk into city center.

I've been in this hotel already twice. They provided very good service. Rooms: bright, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is out of category: big selection, fresh. Restaurant:astonishing. You can find polish food but also something more fancy! For sure will come back! Please keep going like that (I'm not sure that you can make sth better)

Good location close to Tarnow center, good beds, nice staff, awesome breakfast, restaurant at site with fantastic dinner for a low cost. Neighbour to a running track, a water amusement park, a recreational park. The hotel got a big area for parking your car but you have to pay a small amount.

Excellent room with kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fresh and well furnished. Breakfast was an amazing mix of hot and cold food all beautifully presented. 15 minutes stroll through the park to the town. Cute little town with good facilities to eat. Local museums excellent. All staff at hotel were very polite and most helpful. Situated next to a water park for children. Small cabins surrounded the grassy area of the hotel for camping. Most definitely value for money. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Room Tip: We had 204 which was HUGE. It was a very quiet room. Other rooms looked very nice but a bit smaller.

We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Tarnow. They are located in a quiet, wooded area making it hard to believe you're walking distance to the city center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English which was a plus for the group I was traveling with. The rooms were very clean and the laundry service was a plus. We were surprised by the wonderful breakfast spread that was included in the cost of the room and actually ended up dining at their restaurant for dinner a few times as well as the food was really good. Also, there is a pool with water slides next door which works out well if traveling with kids. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here when we travelled to Poland for the first time for a friend's wedding. We were in a party of three couples. All our rooms were in excellent decorative order and were extremely clean and the furniture was of good quality. Although we had different size rooms some with baths & showers while others had a shower. All were en suite. The staff were friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and our friends held their wedding reception at the hotel so we had lots of opportunity to sample the food!!!!. Breakfast was filling with lots of options to suit every taste. We ate at the hotel one evening and our meals/drinks for 6 cost 185 zl with worked out at around £50.00 very good value and excellent food. The hotel also has cabins and a campsite attached. The hotel is about 15 minute walk into the town with is full of bars and restaurants for you to eat. Tarnow has lots of history and is worth a look. We used the information from the room to explore some of the areas including the old town. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the hotel last week and i could not fault it! there were 4 of us in one room which worked out cheaper than booking 2 rooms. There is plenty of room to set up tents or motor homes with an aquapark behind the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of cooked, cereal, meats and fruit and all very tasty, the restaurant served snacks and main courses which were very cheap, ie pasta with chicken 12zl £3-50. Tarnow old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel where you will find places to eat and drink, the square has bars and restaurants set around it so the choice is yours, we ate at Jana hotel and bar and the pierogi (stuffed dumplings) were amazing.
