We moved to this hotel from Hotel Villa Riviera and it was a breath of fresh air. The check in process was very professional and we got our keys quickly. The hotel seems new and is very clean. I got to my room and it was clean and very nice, bed is comfortable, air conditioning/heating in room was working and it had a very nice feel to it. Restaurant is nice as well and a good selection on the menu for food which is also very tasty. We left the hotel before breakfast starts but they organised for a packed breakfast to take with us when we left which was a great touch. Very nice hotel close to the city centre and i would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in the area.

Indeed very new, clean and nice hotel located on the way from east to west in Poland. We selected this hotel also due to big family rooms they offer (2 separate rooms with one queen bed, and two smaller ones) . It was really fantastic. Everything was just perfect. 24 hours reception, good room service and breakfast. 2 complimentary bottles of water in room. There was just one problem to pay with Amex, the rest is just as expected. Really recommend for families for overnight stay.

This (relatively) new building houses a wonderful cookie cutter approach to the hotel business. Not that there is anything wrong with that, however it lacks the charm and ambiance of some of the other choices in Poland. The rooms were large enough with windows that actually open and a heating/air system that worked. Clean and bright and comfortable. What more could you want? The breakfast was plentiful, hot and well prepared. The location was on the edge of town out of the hustle and bustle and with nothing at all worth doing nearby. There were several shopping centers within a kilometer and town center was probably 8 kilometers away (estimate). However the price point was right and for a 'stop along the way' it was quite comfortable. If you do stay there - do not miss the town square and other sights in the city.

Despite the general very good and friendly atmosphere in this Hotel it is strongly advised not to use the Restaurant : I ordered a Steak medium rare with potatoes and vegetables. After 40minutes it arrived fully ice cold. I cut it into 2 pieces and returned the Steak with my Claim. It took around 45minutes when the plate was returned to me : potatoes ice cold, a few more vegetables - slightly warm, and ..... you cant believe it : the bigger Portion of meat which I had returned before - now warm and well done. I believe the fact that the Hotel return the same meat to you - but only the half ... shows how much respect this Hotel has for its customers. It judge it as fraud. I am travelling and eating outside more than 100times a year. Over 30 years problems are here and there .... but .... this is a really outstanding experience ! This Hotel is a shame for Poland !
