It's been over a year since my last visit....and great to find someplace familiar. Modern decor, though not quite my taste. Nevertheless, comfy beds and pillows. Big screen TV...but mostly in Polish. Closet is small though...a few pieces of clothing, and one can't hang anymore. Safe provided for in room, which was very convenient.
Design of shower probably needs a little more thought into it. The drain was right below the shower, thus one would be standing on the drain cover when showering - a little uncomfortable, I'd say. Also, there are no shelves...so the small tube of shampoo and tiny cake of soap had to be placed on the floor. Hmmm !

Fridge and kettle also provided. The instant coffee packs were pretty decent. No alarm clock available in the room...thus, one has to rely on one's phone or electronics to find out the local time.

Breakfast was pretty good....though the spread wasn't that much. One could also request made to orders from the chef.

Fitness room was well equipped, with treadmills, cycles, row machine, free weights, benches, workout machines. Decor was a tad dark, or perhaps that's the theme.

Centrally located, many food options available, but didn't get to try them out this trip.

We stayed for 3 nights for a family wedding. The rooms are larger than normal and have water, tea+coffee, iron + board, wifi. Mine also had desk, lounge chair and coffee table. My room overlooked the inner quadrangle so it was quiet. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen in a hotel, with rosti and the usual sausage, scrambled eggs, but also salad, smoked salmon and mackerel, cereals, juices, fruit etc. Plenty of choice for all diet types. There was also a juicer. The restaurant is large and very relaxing with access out to the main square and bar. The reception area is large and there is an outside courtyard. The location is central and very convenient for exploring. The train station is only a 5 minute walk and the Galleria shopping centre 10 minutes max. I had a very comfortable stay and would book this hotel again.

I regularly stay at this hotel as well being a well travelled person. The difference for me is the level of service. This really stands out in the restaurant and bar areas. Knowledge of the meals and what can be done to accommodate different diet challenges was top shelf. This week I was with a vegan colleague and there were dishes prepared after we discussed this with the server. Anna who leads the restaurant area is highly engaged and ensures everything is as it should be. Total customer focus. All our team of 7 were impressed with her and given the global travel exposure we have it says a lot. For the rest of the hotel any specific needs are addressed quickly with no hesitation. I do agree the need to ask for "room cleaning and towels" daily is an area that should be improved. Cheers

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Far from a 5-Star Standard

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Rzeszów, expecting a luxury experience for the price they charge. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and it’s laughable to call this place a 5-star establishment. At best, it’s a mediocre 3-star hotel.

Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered:
• The room we were given had two separate single beds, even though we indicated it was for our 10th anniversary.
• The bathroom smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival, and the smell persisted throughout the night.
• The windows didn’t face the exterior but an interior space of the hotel, something unacceptable in a supposed luxury hotel and not disclosed at booking.
• Basic hygiene standards were lacking: the toilet paper roll was already used and simply folded, instead of being replaced.
• The bathroom had broken tiles in the shower and bathtub.
• Noise levels were unbearable. We didn’t sleep a wink due to loud noise until 3 AM (understandable for New Year’s Eve), but we were woken up at 6 AM by cleaning staff vacuuming outside our room.
• To make matters worse, the curtains were too small to block the light from the interior-facing windows, leaving the room lit throughout the night.

The overall experience was shocking for the price. In Rzeszów, you can find hotels that cost half as much and offer far superior service and facilities. Paying for this hotel is a waste of money—it’s a far cry from a 5-star experience.

Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere. This hotel fails to deliver even the basics of hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Good Hotel in a good location, but just short of 5 stars

Good hotel, right on the centre square.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is quite good, but some hot food alway missing some items, with nice staff, but a couple of details missing to make it great.

Room cleaning is average, staff are in and out ASAP room not totally cleaned, maid took the room key from the power switch while I was in the room, so power went out 20 seconds after she left the room.

No iron or ironing board in the rooms. TV channels are limited.

My personal preference is a cooler room, but even in October with the A/C at full cold and fan full power, the room temp is still 21c, so too warm for my liking.

Wifi is poor, so this adds to the rating. My expectation of a hotel like this is great wifi, allowing all applications to run, as needed, but it’s just not very good at all.

This is a well located hotel with large rooms, but definitely not what one would consider a five stat hotel. From the moment you pull up and there is no bellman to great you, and you have to lug your luggage up a weird little ramp, you are aware this is not a luxurious or high end hotel. The room was large, the king bed was OK but was two beds pushed together under a single sheet. The bathroom is when you first enter, and the sink was basically in the bedroom. There was a private area for the toilet, but the shower had no door and water got into the rest of the bathroom

The breakfast buffet was good, and there were enough servers there. However, I did not find the rest of the staff welcoming or helpful.

This hotel has a wonderful location on the square, and I would stay there again if in the area. just do not expect a 5 star experience and you will be fine.

Excellent food options on location. Clean and quiet rooms as well. The breakfast each morning was especially good, it had very good options for people who like different kinds of food options for their breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Bristol in this beautiful town of Rzeszow to enjoy a Christmas Party. The hotel is fantastic and the staff even better. To top all of that the food was amazing. Magdalena who organized everything for our stay and Party was so efficient and nothing too much trouble for her. Comparing with UK prices and quality there is no comparison. If you want to enjoy outstanding service, beautiful rooms, amazing food and beverage at incredibly affordable prices, try a stay at the Bristol in Rzeszow. A pity I can't elevate the review to 7 stars.

I booked a junior suite, got assigned a standard room, stuffy, and asked to be moved to the room category I paid for, hoping it would be the end of it.

They moved me to a 'suite', with essentially no windows or, rather, it had floor to ceiling windows BUT overlooking the hotel's 'office' area. Essentially it was like sleeping in a public room and with no sunlight nor fresh air.

Still hopeful, I asked for a further change and they moved me to a room essentially without windows - it had 2 holes perhaps 70cm wide and 30 cm high.

The most mind boggling point is that someone gave them 5 stars.

The Bristol is in the centre of the city and has a great vibe. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The bed is great and the shower is hot and powerful. A coffee machine is available but no kettle. Iron and board in the room along with standard amenities such as a hairdryer. The breakfast has both hot and cold and a very full range of choices. The attached pub is great fun and the food is to a good standard. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help if needed.

Sure, they have underground parking. Only you need to arrived from the other part of city. Hotel is located with main entrance on the pedestrian area. No car entrance. Parking is from other street. Don't remember the street name. But should be on their website.

Just call the hotel directly, check what is avaiable and book directly. If they have no rooms left ask for another hotel of the same company, just few hundred meters away.
