We stayed for 3 nights for a family wedding. The rooms are larger than normal and have water, tea+coffee, iron + board, wifi. Mine also had desk, lounge chair and coffee table. My room overlooked the inner quadrangle so it was quiet. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen in a hotel, with rosti and the usual sausage, scrambled eggs, but also salad, smoked salmon and mackerel, cereals, juices, fruit etc. Plenty of choice for all diet types. There was also a juicer. The restaurant is large and very relaxing with access out to the main square and bar. The reception area is large and there is an outside courtyard. The location is central and very convenient for exploring. The train station is only a 5 minute walk and the Galleria shopping centre 10 minutes max. I had a very comfortable stay and would book this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, super-central location especially access via the market square, great restaurant which I've reviewed separately (Folk Restauracja) very friendly staff and very reasonably priced. It's the only 5 star hotel in Rzeszow and will be my first choice for future visits to this beautiful city

Very friendly hotel with good service. The bars and restaurants are the stand out points from this hotel which have a great atmosphere and the food and service is very good. Has a private car park which is really useful and easy to use. No real complaints as such, but the rooms can be quite a distance away and down a rabbit warren of corridors.

Dear Guest, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such warm and uplifting words. I'm very pleased that we met your expectations and made your stay in our hotel a pleasant one. Regarding the corridors, due to the nature of the building our hotel is housed in, we were sometimes forced to make such arrangements. I hope that you will visit us more than once. See you and I send greetings from Rzeszów, Yours sincerely. Michał Podgórski Guest Relations Specialist

I spent a week here for a recent conference. I was impressed by the service and the overall facilities. The only thing I found extremely unusual is the manner in which you had to go through the hotel to get to the back entrance and onto the square. You literally had to go up to go down. It was kind of like being on the Poseidon Adventure. All in all, the hotel is nicely decorated with plenty of comfortable seating. The area above the front desk was perfect for side bar meetings. It was decorated with an old movie projector that made some e great photos. There is no swimming pool in the facility, but you do have access to one nearby.

Dear Jim, Thank you for rewarding us with a high rating. I'm very glad that your stay in our hotel was one of the successful ones and you spent time with us nicely. I'm very grateful that you were willing to share such a comprehensive opinion abounding in so many warm words. Regarding the comment on communication, indeed - our hotel is built on the facade of an old tenement building, and sometimes our architects had to reach the heights of their qualifications to plan everything as conveniently as possible. I'm very glad that despite this inconvenience your stay was pleasant, Of course, I hope that you will visit us again in the near future. See you and send greetings from Rzeszow, Best regards, Michał Podgórski Guest Relations Specialist

I liked a lot of things about the Bristol: location, breakfast buffet, restaurant and technical staff, and overall food and beverage quality. There were a few things, however, which call into doubt its self-proclaimed five star rating: no face cloth or bath soap and somewhat cheapish towels; cramped fitness room; a carpet pattern that makes it difficult to delineate stairs; a sometimes clueless and less than helpful front desk staff.

We stayed at the Hotel Bristol in this beautiful town of Rzeszow to enjoy a Christmas Party. The hotel is fantastic and the staff even better. To top all of that the food was amazing. Magdalena who organized everything for our stay and Party was so efficient and nothing too much trouble for her. Comparing with UK prices and quality there is no comparison. If you want to enjoy outstanding service, beautiful rooms, amazing food and beverage at incredibly affordable prices, try a stay at the Bristol in Rzeszow. A pity I can't elevate the review to 7 stars.

Urban deco, nicely furnished and spacious room. Could do with more lighting though - even with all lights ON, room was a tad dim. Deco had original brickwalls nicely blended with some modern designs. Wasn't a fan of the cabinets though. Bed was pretty comfortable, had great sleep. Plenty of amenities - 2 thumbs Up ! Fitness room was adequate, but dim. Guess it'll be fine in daylight, since they close at 10 pm. Would be better if it's 24 hours, as I tried to access it after midnight. Looks like they were still doing some remodel in the next room. Breakfast was awesome....one could also order hot meals. Savory and sweet options are great. Location is good too, close to many restaurants, and parks. Will try exploring next trip.

Good Hotel in a good location, but just short of 5 stars Good hotel, right on the centre square. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is quite good, but some hot food alway missing some items, with nice staff, but a couple of details missing to make it great. Room cleaning is average, staff are in and out ASAP room not totally cleaned, maid took the room key from the power switch while I was in the room, so power went out 20 seconds after she left the room. No iron or ironing board in the rooms. TV channels are limited. My personal preference is a cooler room, but even in October with the A/C at full cold and fan full power, the room temp is still 21c, so too warm for my liking. Wifi is poor, so this adds to the rating. My expectation of a hotel like this is great wifi, allowing all applications to run, as needed, but it’s just not very good at all.

Our travel agent suggested we stay at the Bristol while visiting SE Poland. We spent 3 nights here and we found it to be a very convenient and pleasant stay. Check in was fast and easy. Lobby is modern and a bit rustic as was our room. While walking on one level of the hotel from one end to the other, you have to go up a few stairs here and down a few stairs there. A bit confusing but after a few days you find your way around. We had 2 double beds in a spacious room with a basic desk and chair. Flat screen TV had CNN and BBC in English. Nice tea and coffee maker. Glass enclosed bathroom has curtains along the outside so the bedroom area can’t see in - of course the person in the bedroom area could easily adjust the curtains. Bathroom had a walk- in shower - it all had a rustic dark wood vibe - nicely done overall. Very different. Our room did not have a view - it seemed to oversee a small inside courtyard where buildings came together - but we had plenty of light coming through the window. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious and there was a great variety - scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, grilled veg, pancakes, blitzes, fruit, cereals, juices, and a nice cappuccino/coffee machine. This hotel is right on the main square, so you had easy access to restaurants’ outside seating that lined the square. Having said that, the hotel’s restaurant had THE BEST fresh pierogis I had in Poland. The “Russian pierogis” were made the hour before and came swimming in melted butter with a big dollop of sour cream. Absolutely delicious. We had had eaten in the inside restaurant the night before - food was good but not fantastic. Overall I found this hotel to be a bit different and eclectic and having a unique vibe that I really enjoyed. Simple unpretentious hotel that caters to a lot of different people.

Very safe, very good food and very nice location. The room was very well lay out, but they need more than just CNN and BBC on the TV. No clock in the room so bring your own. Walking around the court yard and outside dinner was very safe.
