Excellent hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful, we had ground floor room as we asked and it was plenty big enough and we'll furnished, breakfast was plentiful but some toast would have been nice, the restaurant served tasty and plentiful food at a good price, location was excellent short distance to town square and shops
I recommend this lace to anybody

Hotel is divided into 2 buildings, located on busy road, parking is available.
Maybe we just had bad luck with our room... Room itself very small as well as the bathroom, barely space to turn. Then there is mold over the shower, an absolute no go!
The room itself is as already mentioned very small, then there is an equipment that is simply overloaded.
The associated restaurant is very good, as is the breakfast but that is another theme.
We would certainly not recommend this place

Small and silent hotel located at Szopena street near the park and main square (walking distance 800m) Clean rooms and comfortable beds, good breakfast and nice service. Fair price and good hungarian restaurant in the building. Little noisy when you have street window.

Second place to stay overnight on our trip to Europe was Hotel Fryderyk. After riding with motorcycle all day we arrived around 10 p.m. to the hotel. Soaking wet after heavy rain I managed to scare receptionist. It didn't effect negatively and she was very nice and helpful. We slept peaceful and get good start for the day from hotel Fryderyk breakfast.

I stayed here as a solo guest in early 2016. This hotel is a great location and only a 10 min walk, one road, to the main market square which is ideal. The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value. I've seen previous reviews that the staff struggle with English, and to a degree this is true, but get real - you are in Poland and you should embrace this wonderful country by at least trying to learn some Polish and communicate in the local language, if nothing else, out of respect!
Don't be put off by the approach to Rzeszow which is typically communist Eastern European concrete high rise - the hotel is a gem and also has a nice restaurant attached.
Only downside for me is the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the lack of a room safe, but that's a personal thing that shouldn't detract from the hotel.
In summary, try and learn some Polish - the worst that will happen is that you will get a smile!

Stayed there for 3 nights traveling for business. The hotel's staff struggled with English, which made it all the more difficult to address shortcomings brought to their attention. Problems encountered included heating not working, a/c working but with no display on the remote (so one had to guess which function was on), wifi not working properly. Other than that, the room was decent size and decoration, and the location was ok too. The staff was friendly, although could not help much with anything in the end. Reception was supposed to be manned 24/7, but when I called one night (repeatedly) to ask about the heating issue, noone was there.

This hotel was a very good choice. Room was spacious, and WiFi was strong and fast. Bathroom big and shower with a lot of water pressure. Staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast excellent. Probably the only things we regreted was that TV had no international programing and that breakfast was only between 7 and 9.. so no choice for those that want to rest beyond that time.
