This hotel is located close to the city center and the old town. Clean hotel and Friendly staff. Spa in the hotel and an underground parking that is entry controlled and free at the time of my visit. Very spacious. Free WiFi
The look is not the best point ; looks like an old communist building reaffected. If you want a nice bar, have dinner in a nice restaurant, this is not the good address. If you want to rest, don't look any further. Otherwise, the room is standard for a 4 star-hotel. Amenities in the bathroom could be improved.
The hotel is located just outside the City center. It is very old fashioned and feels like a retirement home. Rooms are very noisy and due to the tiles Floor in the corridors, you hear everybody walking. Staff is ok, not very friendly. Breakfast is ok, but tables are dirty. Dont expect a lot from the breakfast. There is no safe, no mini bar, no café in the hotel and you can not but any drinks or softdrinks. This hotel does not meet international standards..
The suite decoration is nice and alegant, clean but the bed its like sleeping in water!!!! Its so blody you have a terrible back pain next day and also everytime you move you hear the iron inside the matrass. Horrible!!!!! Also the curtains are just "decorative" you can not close them!!!!! So at 6.00 am the sun shines in your face! 200€ for horrible night i find very expensive!!!! The breakfast is very poor no vegetal.milk... i would.not recomend it! There are better hotels!!!! Also the receptionist no speaks english...
This hotel has two faces - one part is from the good old days of communism where the thick carpets, dark corridors, thick room doors and the set up inside reminds those days, and the other that looks lighted, perhaps more spacious, free-feeling. I stayed for 6 nights in the old part of darkness and discipline, in a single-bed room with basic facilities including TV and free Wifi. On special request they also provided a kettle and several single packs of instant coffee. The main convenience was that the university department that I was visiting was just across the road, and also a big super-mall Millenium with everything. So, for a simple sleeping comfort near the university it is quite OK - and it seems that the university has some special price arrangment with the hotel. Buffet breakfast with hot and cold food, eggs, soups, cheese, fruits was also fine.…
The only positive thing was breakfast - modest, but fresh and tasty. Everything else is on the 2* level. E.g. all fascilities, carpets, curtains, furnitures, towels, bath are completly worn out. Even old CRT TV didn't work...
Seems that recently hotel has been downgraded from 4, to 3 stars, because some materials in the room says 3, while other still claim 4*. Nevertheless I would give only 2* for it. Everything is old and worn out. The only positive thing was breakfast, which was small but tasty.
Mind, as it appears there seems to be 2 hotels with the same name, one 3 and one 4 stars. We did the 4 stars one and it looked like being at a 5 star one. Beautiful newly constructed with all the modern comfort at a stone throw from the famous Millenium shopping mall. Friendly staff, good food for dinner and a pleasant full breakfast to start the day.
This hotel does a number of things very well, and a few quite badly. My personal bugbear: an atrocious bed, so soft I discarded the mattress and slept on the base. The shower was a mere trickle, which is also irritating. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, staff friendly and helpful, and it's cheap!
I visited Rzeszow with my mother who is Polish and was born from the area, she has been staying at this hotel for the last several years as she visits her home-town. This is a review from July 2014. We stayed in the news section of the hotel. The hotel has been refurbished or perhaps that section is just new construction, but everything is generally new from only couple of years. Room large and bathroom very nice, everything very clean. The room had 2 single large like beds. WIFI was good. Front desk was ok, my mom who speaks Polish mostly did the talking. Hotel often seemed to be very quiet and not too many guests. Overall I would recommend. Location is good, further from the old town square but all walking distance, which is fine during the summer time or spring time . Not sure ideal if during winter time unless you have a car. Breakfast was served in this rather large ball room, so a bit sterile like feeling, food was OK, I'm not a fan of the cold salads with mayonnaise but this is Polish food. Overall the hotel works and expect that I will stay there again in the future.…
