The Hotel was OK. I stayed in the new side which they said was a 4 Star. I can see how they would say that when seeing the other hotels in the area. What immediately came to mind was the best in Soviet lodging. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The 45Slotny charge for parking was kind of steep. The restaurant menu was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend that they install some no slip material on the shower floor as I nearly fell multiple times. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could entertain the idea of staying there again if need be. All the hotels in Rzeszow are over priced now due to the influx of US contractors. The location is good close to millennium mall.

This hotel is located close to the city center and the old town. Clean hotel and Friendly staff. Spa in the hotel and an underground parking that is entry controlled and free at the time of my visit. Very spacious. Free WiFi

The internet connection is great. Plug into wall and you are up and running. Presidents of European countries have annual meetings there and this is best one or two hotels in the city. Nice views of the residential working class apartments and well located to reach anyplace in town.
Weekends have many people, weekdays fewer and are very quiet. Rooms were great, staff extremely attentive. Construction of the restraunt was underway when we were there but attentive staff made up for it.
We drove and they have a guarded parking lot which is common in many cities.
There is a park not far from the place and worth running in if you are so inclined. Hospital is very near by as well. I understand they will be starting direct flights into Rzeszow from NYC next month or so. There is a lot that is happening in this city and it is only getting better.

The hotel is located just outside the City center. It is very old fashioned and feels like a retirement home. Rooms are very noisy and due to the tiles Floor in the corridors, you hear everybody walking.
Staff is ok, not very friendly.
Breakfast is ok, but tables are dirty. Dont expect a lot from the breakfast.
There is no safe, no mini bar, no café in the hotel and you can not but any drinks or softdrinks.
This hotel does not meet international standards..

The look is not the best point ; looks like an old communist building reaffected.
If you want a nice bar, have dinner in a nice restaurant, this is not the good address.
If you want to rest, don't look any further.
Otherwise, the room is standard for a 4 star-hotel. Amenities in the bathroom could be improved.

I've lived there for 4 days. Service is excellent! Everything is clear. The breakfast is included - it's a Swedish table, food is of high quality. Internet is included too. I liked a hairdryer in a bathroom :-))
The hotel is situated in a good new district, is close to the river and the shopping center. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to get to the hotel from the Old Town and the center of the town. 10 minutes by bus to the bus and railway station.
The interiors are simple and elegant, comfortable for living. Staff is friendly and helpful.
But prices are too high, unfortunately.

This hotel like no other offers for all English speaking guests a personal guide who is native and fluent in English. Mrs. Arlena can be reached by her cell. [--]. She is very capable and friendly, making any stay in Rzeszow more comfortable.

Seems that recently hotel has been downgraded from 4, to 3 stars, because some materials in the room says 3, while other still claim 4*. Nevertheless I would give only 2* for it. Everything is old and worn out. The only positive thing was breakfast, which was small but tasty.

Mind, as it appears there seems to be 2 hotels with the same name, one 3 and one 4 stars. We did the 4 stars one and it looked like being at a 5 star one. Beautiful newly constructed with all the modern comfort at a stone throw from the famous Millenium shopping mall. Friendly staff, good food for dinner and a pleasant full breakfast to start the day.
