Hotel was nice but nothing special considering it is a Hilton. Rooms were clean and breakfast was really good. Location is good but parking can be a nightmare because the mall takes all the parking spots and residents sometimes can not find a place to park. Only English TV is news channels. Restaurant is good but limited menu.

We have stayed at this hotel few times now and it never disappoints. Customer care is fantastic. Special recognition goes to Natalia in the restaurant for her very impressive knowledge on types of wines and just an overall great, attentive service. Breakfast also brilliant, with lots of choices and amazing waffles! We will of course be back again!

I would highly recommend this hotel. Room was spotless, whole staff were very nice. Big thanks to Milena for her help and advice as during my stay city was very busy with some events, her advise was greatly appreciated. 100% recommended!

Booked a room directly on the hotel’s website and got a reservation confirmation. A few hours later I get a generic email alerting me that my booking was cancelled for no reason. So I call the hotel and the front desk clerk explains to me that the hotel is sold out and his colleague casually forgot to block new bookings on their website. There was no attempt to reach me by any other means than an email – not a single phone call to let me know that my reservation was suddenly cancelled. I am on my way to Rzeszow and expect to arrive at midnight. Now I need to urgently book a different hotel. Imagine if I hadn’t checked my email just in case and would show up at midnight at the HGI Rzeszow and told only then that there was no room for me. We spent one week in Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszow in August 2022. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There were many options for breakfast. We enjoyed the smoothies and crepes the most.

The staff is very friendly and helps whenever you ask for. A very good meal in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom could have been better, but still ok. Good parking possibilities.

I am travelling 15 nights at 15 different Hilton properties across Poland in order to keep my Diamond status for next year. This hotel was in accordance with my (high) expectations. We had booked the one bedroom suite and it was large and clean. The staff were very friendly both during check-in, the restaurant and the check-out. We got a local beer as a gift in room which was a nice touch. A small suggestion for improvement would be that if three persons are staying in one suite (as the maids have prepared the sofa bed) , they should add more shampoo, conditioners and shower gels. Only one 24ml bottle of each was not sufficient. I am aware that I could have asked for more so this did not affect my review. also the location is very good. Free parking outside the hotel (or in garage), a huge shopping center next door (with cinema, which we did use), and walking distance to town center (a beautiful town) . The breakfast was among the best ones so far during my trip. It even beats the other more fancier hotels in the chain (Doubletree and Hilton) It was a pleasure to be here and I will definitely try to come back to this hotel again in the future…

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rzeszów over the past few years at least several dozen times. These were both one-day business stays and longer-stays when we came to Podkarpackie region for tourist purposes. Over the years, the hotel has changed a bit. The biggest change took place in the breakfast buffet and "Pavilion Pantry". Both changes are a plus! What in our opinion the hotel has always been of a high standard is the service. We have always dealt with Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping the most and there have never been any problems here. Everyone were smiling and were really fantastic, trying to make guests feel welcome. We hope that our next visits to the Hilton in Rzeszów will be great as well.
