A good, efficient hotel and spa just on the outskirts of Rzeszow. I arrived late but restaurant served a magnificent meal. Rooms very clean, well appointed though not very modern. Buffet breakfast is ample and varied. Paintings in corridors are for sale. I was quite tempted to buy one. Overall a good place to rest. Pity I didn’t have time to use the spa facilities. Next time!
This hotel has a polite, kind and helpful staff. The building is nice both out- and inside. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, modest price level. Only the free WiFi should be faster but that's it :-) Great!
We recently had our wedding at this hotel and must say the staff were incredibly helpful. They were top of dealing with all the pressure the organisation required and all of them speak very good English. We were thrilled to receive lots of compliments from our guests but to be fair the credit goes to Paulina and her amazing team! All the rooms are equipped with hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo even with toothbrush lool. It is truly a decent hotel if I really want to be a pain I'd say the lack of spa is the only downside. But again, the food, beauty salon the attitude of the staff were spot on! Thank you so much for making our Big Day truly an unforgettable one!
Stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip, where looking for something simple but good. Was very impressed with the service and attention to the customers by the staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with good bathrooms. Food and bar were nice to the front and breakfast very good and relaxed. The benefit of having wifi was great and allowed to catch up on all emails. The major plus was the staff however, always friendly and there to help, special mention to Paula who organised taxis, flight boarding passes, retailers to visit and an absolute delight. Would definately use this hotel next time in area, 25 zloty to airport and 30 to the town which was actually very nice and friendly. So 5 mins from airport and 10 from town made this an excellent location, just be aware there are two of these hotels in town and need to be exact when asking the taxi driver to return you after a couple of polish beers - excellent hotel though …
My friend and I travelled from Ireland and stayed at this hotel in August for our friends' wedding. From start to finish, our stay was perfect. We arrived late in the evening and were very hungry, but unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed. However, the lady at reception (I cannot think of her name, but she had dark hair and always a lovely, welcoming smile!) said she would ring and order us a pizza from a take-away restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, this was closed too!!! Instead of just leaving it at that, she actually made sandwiches herself and delivered them to our room! This was so kind and we were really appreciative!! She even made sure they were vegetarian as both of us are vegetarians!! So, from the start, our impression of the hotel was very good, thanks to this lovely lady! The hotel itself is very pretty and cosy, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air-conditioning in our room, and we were unfortunate enough to arrive in the middle of a heat-wave! But we opened the window and we could sleep well then, as there was no noise from traffic as the hotel is situated a little outside the urban district. Breakfast was lovely; a buffet where you could help yourself to hot and cold food, and plenty for vegetarians. The coffee was also lovely, and you could take it outside and sit in the sun which was very pleasant. We got our hair and make-up done in the adjoining salon and we were both very pleased with the results. Despite the language barrier, we managed to explain our preferences through a series of magazine pictures and frantic hand-gesturing!! The girls in the salon were lovely too; very friendly and also very professional. The meal for the wedding was top-class. We were both apprehensive as we had never been to a Polish wedding before and were worried about how many "courses" there were going to be! However, we both really enjoyed the food, and by serving it at different times of the evening, we found we didn't fill up too quickly and had plenty of energy for dancing (though this could be attributed to the continuous flow of vodka, also!)! The staff were very professional and friendly and made sure that our vegetarian requirements were catered for. All in all, the wedding was fantastic and the hotel staff contributed greatly to the overall enjoyment of the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, be it for a wedding or just a holiday in this beautiful part of Poland. Thank you very much for an excellent stay!…
