On a sprint from Riga to Belgrade, I wanted a hotel in Rzeszow, and Korona was perfect. I found Korona via the map and the internet. Booking over telephone was simple, and smooth. The location was indeed nicely reachable from the main roads. Parking is free, and safely in view of reception. Check-in was efficient, helped by Excellent English from the receptionist. The room was good and I had a light meal in the restaurant. This hotel is not near city-centre, but I wasn’t interested in sightseeing the city on this trip. I wanted a light snack (starter only), a beer and a good sleep, and that was exactly were Korona was good at. The breakfast next morning was also Good (and Early at 0630). All in all, I can recommend this hotel, especially for (business) travellers who need a simple but good hotel in an easy to reach location.

Our group – 42 pax – stayed in the hotel on 25/26 June. We were very happy about our stay! The hotel is new, rooms are comfortable, and everything looks great. The breakfast was excellent! However, the most impressive was the attitude of the hotel staff. Before coming, I asked them to find where we can have lunch in Poland. The receptionist Paula did her best to assist me and sent me the contacts of the restaurant. We came early and we had technical problems with our bus, so we left the hotel only 2pm next day. All the morning they allowed us to come and go to the breakfast and some of people spend many hours in the restaurant. The hotel staff did not show any irritation. That’s the right attitude to the clients! Finally – a gentleman from the hotel helped our bus drivers to take care about the technical problems – he drove them around the city on his own car to look for specialists who repaired the bus. As I heard, he was the owner of the hotel. Thank you SO MUCH for all that! One more plus – just across the street there is huge supermarket Makro with very good prices. (I see someone from our group has already written a review).

We were 40 plus people adults and kids on a bus’s school trip to Hungary, Poland and Slovenia. We arrived late night to the hotel after extremely long journey to a warm welcome by the reception’ manager on duty. Almost in no time we were given our keys to get badly needed rest. During night our drivers realized that bus needed some serious repairs and this was Sunday morning in Poland! Hotel’ Manager arrived fast to the hotel and was very helpful in locating repair shop during weekends who were able and willing!!! to repair our bus. Forty plus people including kids were allowed to stay without ANY additional payment after expiration of period we were paying for and on top of that we were allowed to keep our rooms and to gather in air conditioned restaurant and to have free drinks. Temperature outside was above 35 and they were really our saviors!!! We departed in the afternoon and were extremely thankful for such hospitality and great care. Will highly recommend this Hotel for travelers. - Good quality rooms; - Very good breakfast; - Accommodating and very hospital staff.
